Name: Cayden Ingram
Age: 35, July 3rd, 1977
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Him and his daughter
Items: Nothing in particular he really keeps on him at all times. All of his stuff he has is typically in his office inside his new home, like his favorite pass time: His guitar
Bio: When he was 21, the most important event of his life occurred. His marriage to his lovely wife Marion. Then, a year later, his daughter, Elika, came into the world, and that was up there with one of the most exciting moments of his life, if not even more exciting then the marriage itself. They happily raised the child as well as they could, and had a happy marriage, raising the child.
10 years later, the marriage they had wasn't quite so strong. It was no longer new and fresh, their financial issues were wearing down on them, and they tended to argue more, even if not a lot. They didn't like arguing in front of their child, and kept their arguing at a minimum in general. Shortly later, to make things worse, Marion had lost her job, and that just made the whole financial situation worse.
3 years later, it was over. They ended up filing for divorce, and separating. This of course was traumatic on the family, and the mom moved out shortly later, taking her car, the money she made from her new job, and everything that she considered 'hers' with her, leaving for who knows where. They had already had a discussion with their daughter, and she told her mom that she'd rather go with her dad. From the beginning, there was always a better father/daughter relationship then mother/daughter relationship in the family, so that was why she chose to go with her father.
About a week later, they had left their house as well, to start a new life. They wanted to move on, to forget about the bad memories the house currently left behind, and to move on to somewhere else, and get to know new people and start off anew. So they packed up a bunch of stuff into their car, and the rest into a moving truck, and took a long drive and took their time to get there. During all of this, he had managed to get his parents to give him, surprisingly, enough money to buy a house with cash for wherever they finally decided to settle down. However, they only gave him half of what the house cost, so he still had to pay off the other half.
Extras: He plays guitar, and although he may not be amazing at it, he is fairly good at it. A lot of the time he plays with his daughter, while she sings and/or plays some other instrument they own. From before they got broke, he got himself a varied collection of instruments, so they own quite a few instruments that are all now in his office.
Character TwoName: Elika Ingram
Age: 13, February 18th, 2000
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Her and her dad
]
Items: A cellphone, homework once she goes to the new school, and other stuff she has sometimes, and not other times. All of this could either be on her or in her room, it all really depends.
Bio: Since she was born, she was loved dearly by both of her parents, for years and years. Her life had been pretty normal, you could say. There were of course the typical up's and downs, but over all nothing major happened in her life that was devastating. She grew up a happy kid that wasn't overly spoiled, and grew up to be kind and thoughtful to others. But at the same time, her parents did give her things she wanted a lot, just not if she was overly naggy and pushy about it, or if she didn't really need it. Which was practically almost never. Rarely did she ever ask for something that she didn't really need, or wasn't worth getting her, and the same with her being naggy and pushy.
From quite the young age, she had gotten into gymnastics, and had become pretty good at it. Not brilliant or anything, but fairly good. She quite enjoyed herself, and took lessons often, along with just practicing on her own free will at the local gymnastics facility. 8 years later, she was still at it, but due to family issues, had to quit for the time being.
Then, about a month after she hit 13, things started to go down hill worse then they ever had. She learned from her parents personally telling her that they were going to get divorced, which she actually saw coming, but it was still a terrible realization that it was entirely real. Then, pretty much next day, her mom was gone, with little warning other then a quick goodbye to her after she had told her parents, in a rather sad way, that she'd rather stay with dad if they were going to separate. So, she told herself that she would definitely stay more loyal to her father, if her mom was going to walk out like that. And she ended up helping her father as much as she could for the next few days.
As soon as the week was up, she was glad to get out of the house with the sad memories. Sure, they were happy memories, but they turned sad due to the current circumstances. She helped her dad pack up, and they headed out on a little father/daughter vacation while heading off towards their new destination to move to. Which, honestly, they didn't exactly know where that location was yet, and decided to just make a big vacation out of their trip. Which was perfectly okay with her, to get some quality time with her dad.
Extras: We can say that she also likes horseback riding, but hasn't really done it much yet. It could really easily be a big hobby of hers in the future, though. She also sings here and there, but she doesn't really consider herself to be a good singer.
Character ThreeName: Caterina Broadwick
Age: 14, September 14th, 1998
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Items: Books, some books, and some more books. Oh, and a laptop. And a cellphone, but she doesn't use it often, finding it better to read, or be outside with nature.
Bio: She had always been considered an oddball, but so had her parents. Being odd pretty much ran in her family, so it was no surprise that she was odd as well. She can often be found reading and daydreaming, both being her favorite hobbies. She can also be found talking about some weird stuff that may make no sense to anyone, because she rambles in some weird ways, and talks about books she loves and whatnot. Her life has been relatively normal, really. Her parents have lived in this town all of their lives, and seeing as the school is apparently a school of everything, in a secluded town, she has gone to the same school practically her whole life. She never really made very many friends, but that was more because she didn't try overly hard to make a lot of friends. Also, some at the school considered her to be too weird for them, and refused to be her friend just because of that. She seemed to take it all well, and it never seemed to bother her that much. Even though she rarely acts overly cheery, she rarely ever acts overly sad either, and just seems to be somewhere in between. It kinda seems like she lives in her own little world at school and at home, and unlike how that can be for some people, that doesn't mean anything bad for her at all. If anything, it may be good for her in the long run.
Extras: Her parents have a fairly good sum of money, considering they live in a fairly large, weird, abstract house on decent property, very close to the lake. When they moved here, they bought the property, and built the house from scratch, coming up with the whole plan and layout for the house themselves.
Caterina has also been known to do some modeling here and there, but not frequently. However, it pays rather well, and she has a lot of personal money for her age because of it, even though she doesn't do it often. Which, honestly, if she can model for a bit and get the money she makes, she is probably perfectly happy with only doing it here and there and doing other stuff with her time otherwise. She may not be the type of person you picture modeling, really, but apparently she enjoys it alright.
Character FourName: Clara Wilson
Age: 16, December 29th, 1996
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Items: Android phone, IPod, Ipad, laptop, and other stuff
Bio: She loves her music, and can often be found listening to music, and pretty much blocking out the world around her while listening to it. Like Caterina, she lives in her own little world at school and at home, but unlike how it is for Caterina, it probably isn't a good thing that Clara is this way, seeing as she isn't really a very happy person. She had been diagnosed with depression when she was about 14, but she doesn't have depression to the same level as, say, Jenna does. It does make her life more irritating and complicated, though. Except maybe on a few really bad days, she has never really been suicidal, either. Just down a lot. She does however feel like her life will have difficulties really going anywhere because of the problems she has. But how she copes with it is through music. Music is pretty much her medicine, in a sense, since she pretty much outright refused to take depression medication because she knew the medication could be worse then the depression itself. She'd rather deal with depression then feel as if she is an empty shell on medication. She had read enough side effects to be turned off. Her biggest complaint about herself, which while being depressed, just made her mind feel like she hated herself even more, was the fact she had done things like taking some drugs, smoking, and drinking before, but she doesn't seem to be overly addicted to any of it and doesn't really have it on her very often. She never told her parents that she ever tried that, either, and they never found out either. Her even trying these is likely her just getting in with the wrong "friends" when she was younger, and even sometimes now, though she doesn't really hang out with anyone that much, and mostly keeps to herself. Because of her depression alone making her act out in ways she doesn't really want to, she may come off as a little rude here and there without really meaning it. And knowing how depression goes, probably hating herself for it later.
Extras: While her parents aren't exactly bad parents, they aren't the most amazing parents either. Details on that will be revealed in the RP.
Character FiveName: Zeke Bloom
Age: 15, April 23rd, 1997
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Items: Typical teenager stuff, like a cellphone. Though, instead of having a laptop, he has a desktop, and a PS3. All of this being in his room. He doesn't have as much stuff as Clara, at least that he is more likely to be holding. There's probably a lot of stuff in his room....like videogames.
Bio: A big chunk of his life is very similar to May's, seeing as he is her brother. He seems to still have coping problems with the loss of their mother, and when she did die, he was really upset for days on end, if not months. Seeing as he would of been 10, it kinda makes sense. He loves his sister, even if he doesn't show it all the time, since he can argue with his sister sometimes. Other then that, there's not really a lot to say about him. He's a pretty normal dude, who isn't overly nice or overly mean, he has a
girlfriend at school, and his grades are about average. No good grades, and no really bad grades. With a few exceptions here and there for good and bad. He is a gamer at heart, and can play games for countless hours every day, either before or after doing his homework. He does help his sister with taking care of the cats sometimes, but he does think she's a little obsessive and that having 8 cats is a little insane, but he doesn't really complain that much.
Extras: I might describe the girlfriend in the RP more.
