Alan The halls of parliament echoed as a single voice made a speech, charismatic and posh as always "My fellow lords, I have seen a great deal of news sources say that I am a patriot with pride in Britain. I am not, I feel that an island devoid of resources and industry deserves no pride to be invested in it. I speak of pride for the British Empire, what our once great nation was, before the Soviets and Americans chopped our balls off. Now I hear their President Mitt, he speaks to how Britain is inefficient, and socialist, he forgets how fast his nation falls into debt. I have just submitted a bill to you fine gentlemen, one that would reform the United Kingdom into the second British Empire!" he thrust out his fist as if in victory and another lord cried out "Here here!" and they clapped enthusiasticly. Alan smiled and muttered to himself "Deny my charisma now Jenna? Simon?" then continued in his booming yet attractive voice "With this law, I will order into production 12 King George V class battlecruisers, along with the purchase of the USS Enterprise, USS Yorktown, JSDF Tone, and SSR Kirov. This will insure the thing that made us great, naval supremacy. Do you, honourable lords, not want your children to grow up in a Britain they can be proud of, not one that is the laughing stock of the western world. Not one that would lose in a war with France! I of course leave the choice to you, honourable lords, you may either allow Britain to shine, or you may cause our economic collapse. Thank you." he straightened his powered wig and sat back down, writing out a letter to his one time lover, Abby.
From: The Right Honourable Lord Alan Haskayne of Her Majesty's Government To: Abby Fujimoto Subject: Our child, and your silence Dear Abby, I know it has been a while, and I do pray to almighty god that you do not totally resent me in your heart. I send you this letter in the hopes that you understand what a blow having an illegitimate child would have on my political fortunes. With my current bills in parliament I pray that you will make no attempt to tell the press of our mistake from the island. To increase the incentive from mere emotional I have enclosed 50,000 British Sterling Pound to assist you in these difficult times. I understand this should equal just over 150,000 United States dollars, given the current exchange rate. I am sure that you know it breaks my heart every day that I am not able to see my son, and assist you in raising him, however the future of the British people must come first. I could even assure either of you a place here, get you through the quarantine, get you both government Visas. If there is any more I can do to help, please inform me and I will do it to the best of my abilities. With love as I have always held for you
P.S. As one final request, please tell our son that his father loves him very much, and would give any worldly possession to be with him.
Alan grinned as he stuffed £50,000 in the envelope then stamped it in wax. He then fetched the postal master himself to insure the letter would not be tampered with.
Alexandria "Non, s'il vous plaît, pas plus." the man hanging on an electrical rack begged, his body getting a brief respite from the brutal torture. Alexandria smiled slightly, licking her lips as she watched him, then walked forward "Tisk tisk, you thought you could get away with not only stealing a loaf of bread, but attempting to organise a union. How very uncouth of you, you know the company has no place in the mines for a union. Tisk indeed." she then leaned back, kicking her feet up and activating the electricity again. The poor African screamed as his body was filled with millions of volts of power. She watched him, slowly licking her lips again, then said "Oh Leslie, you really never should have done that to me. A fragile little girl, seeing the things I have seen. Oh but you took advantage of me, then you made my.life all the worse." she kicked the power off again and the man asked in broken English "Wh- who is the Leslie?" she casually walked toward him and sliced his stomach open with a short sword "Oh, no one you need to worry about." then heard the strong man cry and curse her in French. She walked to the next person in front of her in shackles and said "Oh poor girl, well, you will soon learn what it means to steal a diamond from the company." the 12 year old was already crying and begged "Please madam, we were starving, we just wanted to buy food." Alexandria shrugged and said "That's a shame, but noble. So I will give you a favor I wouldn't give him." she jammed the sword into the girl's guts and twisted it, causing her to howl in pain and cough up blood all over Alexandria. She shrugged and then said "Tis a pity, I wonder why I'm so kind all the time." she then walked out, leaving the other prisoners alone in their shackles.

Jenna started out having one of those bad days, because she had some bad flashback nightmares last night, along with just not being that happy in general today. She had been in the process of lighting up a joint when the doorbell rang, which surprised her because people rarely came to their door. Her dad was out, and she had the day off today for some reason. And when she had answered the door, it was Simon, to which she pretty much froze in shock. Before she answered the door, she hid her cigarette, meaning she put it in her pocket. Her introductions were to stutter a little, then hug Simon for like 5 minutes, before letting him in and avoiding the urge to bombard him with questions, and to tell him a bunch of stories of stuff that happened. Instead, she just asked if he wanted anything to drink, or eat, and that she would clean up the guest bedroom for him. Part of her worried about him luring the people chasing him to their house, but she couldn't even get herself to ask about it, and she didn't care enough. Her main concern was what her father would think when he got home, with there suddenly being a strange man in their house. She would obviously explain it to him.
She stood there for a little while after she cleaned the guest bedroom, not sure what to say or where to start. She was still in shock. She had thought Simon would be gone forever, with how long he was gone, and it made her sad to think that. But here he was, at her door today. That had perked her mood up quite a bit, and she felt less down now. There was so much she wanted to tell him, and ask him, but she just managed to contain herself. For the most part.
'I don't mean to...to ask you this shortly after you arrive....but Makayla was sad after you didn't give her a big goodbye like you did to all of us. She was asking herself why you did it, and honestly I was too. Is it alright if I ask why you did that?' She asked him, and sat down on her couch, looking at the clock. 'My dad will be home before too long' She told him, just to let him know to expect her now extra protective father, so he would be prepared for a jumpy father. 'He's more jumpy and protective since I got back' She told him.
Abby Abby read Alan's letter after a few days, and responded to various parts of it in different ways. She scoffed at the part about hoping she didn't completely resent him. Really, she didn't, surprisingly. But she sure as hell wasn't about ready to be all polite to him if he just showed up out of nowhere. She would give him a piece of her mind if he was brave enough to show up to her door. She scoffed again when Alan seemed to care more about his politics then her and their child, their family. Part of her just felt like revealing that to the press, just to piss off Alan. But, she decided she didn't really care enough to be that big of an ass. At least, at the moment. She wasn't sure if she'd regret it or not. The money did surprise her, and she took it happily. But then, reading on, she scoffed yet again. To the rest, she just read it, and got ready to write back
I do not totally resent you, you can be sure of that. Am I a little pissed? Hell yeah. But I don't completely resent you. She just decided not to respond to the part about telling the press. I appreciate the money fully. We are fairly well off, but this will sure help. And I don't know if I should take that seriously, or think that you are just saying that. If you truly cared, you would of stayed to take care of me and our son from the beginning, not abandon us. You broke up with me, remember? But I'm fine. I'm over it. I'm even happily dating someone who I've known for a year, who I love dearly. Who has been a better father from the beginning then you ever will be. And we're fine, thank you. We happily live in Hawaii now, the place I never wanted to leave from in the first place. If I had stayed here, I would of never got in that crash. Never had met you and made that big mistake 3 years ago to sleep with you 5 days after we met. I love my-oh, I mean 'our' son, but I still think about that ever day. I have matured quite a lot since the last time you saw me. I'm not as mindless as you remember. I'm actually more careful with what I do. More mature then I ever was during the time on the island.
If you loved me, you wouldn't of broke up with me in the first place and abandoned me and our son.
Like before, she didn't respond to the last part of the letter. She thought of actually telling her son (who needs a name), but she didn't feel like telling Alan. She felt a little harsh, but it felt good to get it off of her chest, and she couldn't help but smile in response.
Today her boyfriend came over. Her son was out with a friend of hers, who had a daughter, and her son was playing with the daughter. She thought her son and her friends daughters friendship was cute, and she imagined as they grew up it turning into an actual true love for each other. Why she thought that when her son was 2, she didn't know. It was just one of those places her mind wandered. She thought it would be cute anyway.
'Hey' Abby said when she answered the door to see her boyfriend, Josh, standing there. She kissed him on the lips, and he returned it. 'Ready to go surfing?' She asked him, and he nodded in response. He already had his surfboard, in his car, and she just went back in and grabbed her own, then followed him out the door and to the car. He had his arm around her, and she just smiled in response as she got in the car and they headed off to the beach to go surfing. Obviously, she dressed appropriately too, to which her boyfriend jokingly talked about how sexy she looked in the outfit, which made him receive a light punch on the shoulder, one of those playful punches where people usually just smile or laugh in response.
Leslie Both Makayla and Leslie finally got through all the security at the Congo Airport, and he let out a sigh of relief. Just getting out of the damned airport was a joke. He felt like he was going to be detained or something, just for being American. But nope, they got out. Which made him relieved, and he showed he was relieved by letting out that sigh.
'Let's go' He told Kayla, and he wandered off to some random Hotel, bought it, and went to their room. He had no idea Alexandria was in Congo, so he wasn't even thinking about that. He just unpacked, and looked out the window.
'Got anything you want to do first?' He asked Kayla while gazing absentmindedly out the window.

After getting more adjusted in Jenna's house and whatnot, Simon sat on the couch as she asked him about why he left Makayla the way he did. "No," He replied quietly to her asking if it was alright for her to ask that. He followed her gaze to the clock and frowned slightly,"We'll see if he lets me stay...How much have you told him about me?" He asked, sounding kind of worried. What sane person would let someone like him stay? Well, other then Jenna and the others on the island. When that thought crossed his mind, he looked back at Jenna,"How are the others?" He asked, referring to Abby, Alan, Leslie, Makayla and Alexandria. Assuming she knew how they all were.
His gaze drifted absentmindedly back to the clock, then the window. He had been careful to make sure no one was following him when he came here, he wasn't stupid enough to just come here with people after him. He flinched slightly for no apparent reason, and his eyes narrowed slightly, but he stayed quiet, just staring out the window.
(Makayla) Makayla was happy when they managed to get through the security. She always got tense when it came to stuff like that, and the further they got away from the airplanes, the better. She had been so tense the whole flight, even having taken a relaxant first. She was nervous and anxious normally, but going on a plane again....that was the worst. But, they made it safely, and now they could finally leave the damned airport.
She nodded and followed Leslie to the hotel room, trembling slightly just from her bad nerves. She put her suitcase on her bed, not bothering to unpack. "Nope," She replied to his question,"Maybe just relax a bit? It was a long flight, and it's not like we need to rush out and do everything," She sat down on the bed as she spoke.

Alan As he gazed at the letters set in front of him from his one time love, Alan looked rather pissed. It was in between meetings, he had a busy life after all, being leader of the British Imperialist Party, something he himself formed. He sighed slightly as he put his pen to paper once more.
Dearest Abby Upon reading your letter I found myself filled with sadness, and anger. You act as if nothing happened to prompt my leaving of you. If you recall I returned home to find both of my parents dead from suicide, and knowing no other living members of my family. I was alone, so I strived to make a better life for myself. I knew once I was settled that I could let our son have a better life. Just remember that the man you date now is not the father of your child, I am, he will never be his father, no matter how much you want that. Now I have quite a meeting set up later today, so I can only write a small letter. Goodbye Abby
He handed off his letter to be mailed as a Japanese man walked into his office, something Alan noted as precisely on time. The man sat down and Alan said "Before you even start, don't fill the air with BS. I know who you are, and who you work for, and as you should know I have no problem working with people like you." the man's eyes widened slightly then he shrugged and said "The Yakusa wishes to move in a large shipment of weapons for itself, to assist in extortion and racketeering." Alan nodded and patted his desk. The man slid across a small model ship and said "As you know, the Yakusa has considerable influence, we can get you the tone for much cheaper." Alan nodded and said "That sounds very fair, however I must ask one more thing of you. I know the Yakusa has a strong influence in Hawaii, an old girlfriend of mine, Abby Fujimoto, now lives there with her new boyfriend. Now I can't stand the idea of a man like him raising my child, so..." the Japanese man nodded "Ah yes, we hear it is quite dangerous in Hawaii, I am sure an accident can befall him any day now." Alan grinned and said "Good, just a warning though. Now go back to the Yakusa and tell them Oniisan is working for them in parliament to get them whatever they need." the man nodded and left.
Alexandria Alexandria leaned on one of the many deactivated digging machines in the camp, casually texting on her phone, she was texting another one of the mercs who worked there, who said that two survivors from flight 666 were in the country and the company was planning to offer them a free tour of their mining town, because they wanted to keep them safe while exploring. Alexandria grinned slightly, then looked down at her rifle, patting it gently, and smiling at it.
Under Leslie and Kayla's door slid a note, which informed them they had been invited for a tour and dinner at a real active Duch mining town, all expenses paid. The company insured them it would be very fun, and the meal would be the best in the Congo. If they were interested they were to call a phone number, and a tour guide could be there in 20 mins.

With Simon's response to her asking if she could ask why he did that, her thoughts were 'okaaay', and then she felt jealous, because of her mind wandering to a reason why it might be like that. She quickly shook off her jealousy, because that was a feeling she hated. 'Makayla isn't that far away if you want to visit her...I mean them sometime' She told him. 'I can't drive you though....I failed my driving test' she said with a sigh that sounded a little frustrated. 'Too spacy' she added, shaking her head. She looked at Simon, and looked just normal instead of frowning. Not smiling, because she didn't really have a reason to smile. 'Not a ton.....I told my friends about you more then my dad. Yes, I have friends now. I have to thank you guys for helping me realize I have alright social skills' She said, and there she actually smiled. Which may of been a bit of a surprise to Simon. 'My depression is also better, though I still have the really bad days and I'm never perfect' She said, sighing because she couldn't just be normal and happy. 'Like today wasn't the greatest day, until you showed up' She said with a smile and a bit of a chuckle, feeling like that was a little cheesy, which made her feel a little embarrassed. To Simon's question, she thought of how to word it for a bit. 'Leslie and Makayla seem to be okay. They just told me they went on vacation to Congo. Alexandria had a miscarriage and disappeared one night....that really upset Leslie. Alan was an ass instantly and broke up with Abby for his own political gain in Britian, but Abby is doing fine. Her child is happily going on 2 years, and she sounds like she is now happily in a new relationship. That's about all I know' She told him.
When Simon kept glancing at the clock, then out the window, and then mysteriously flinching and glaring, she just watched him and raised an eyebrow. 'Everything alright Simon?' She asked him after a bit of silence. She fiddled with her cigarette in her pocket, telling herself in her head to avoid the urge to smoke it, outside obviously, because smoking inside would be a rather easy indication that she still smoked. She felt guilty for hiding the fact she smoked from her father, and the fact she had been sneaking some of her dads alcohol a few times as well. 'Do you drink?' She asked Simon, because she thought of the fact he was legally able to drink now. 'I can get you an alcoholic beverage' She said. Another thing Simon may of possibly noticed with Jenna was that she looked too thin now, like she was underweight. That was because she really didn't eat much. When she was depressed, and still when she was less depressed, she just didn't have much of an appetite. So that was how she got to where she was. As usual, she had an interesting wardrobe of clothes that was relatively unique, like she made her own matching outfits. And because she now had more then only a few outfits that she went traveling with, he would be able to see a bigger variety of her unique style of dressing. Strangely, in the last 3 years, she hadn't really grown at all. She couldn't really think of why that would be. But it didn't really bother her. She preferred to be shorter, not overly tall. That was just how she was. She thought maybe it had to do with her depression or something, but she wasn't really sure that would affect growth. Her main guess was the lack of food she ate, making her not really grow because she didn't get the nutritions she needed. She then just stood up and paced back and forth for no apparent reason, seeming thoughtful.
Leslie Leslie nodded, then did a stretch. 'I think I may go down to the cafeteria for a brief moment. Maybe see if there's anything good to eat in there. Be back in a bit' He said to Makayla, and left the Hotel room, wandering down to the cafeteria to look for something to eat. One reason why he was doing this was just to look around, and another was because, yes, he was hungry. What he wanted to eat he didn't know. And he wasn't sure how could the selection in Congo would be, or what weird selections they might have that he had never heard of....or just weird selections in general. He really didn't know much about Congo overall, other then that it was pretty hellish here. It was just a place to travel to, and he had some locations he was interested in checking out.
Abby Abby looked at her own letter, and sighed. It was actually weird for her to be writing letters, because she was so used to e-mails over actual physical letters. Thankfully, she wrote decently fast. Writing slow was terrible when you needed to write a lot. The first part she felt like she was writing sarcastically, which she probably was.
Dear Alan, I know, and I feel sorry for you for that. But you were not alone. You had me. You had a good life. We had a son on the way, the start of a family. We could of lived happily together, raising our son. But you wanted power. You wanted power and you left me and our son for your political and power gain in Britain. Please don't make excuses for why you left and that you had no choice. Thank you.
And I know that. You are the true father. That does not mean you deserve to be the father or actually have father material. Abandoning your son before he was even born? He doesn't even know you. He considers my new boyfriend to be more of a father then you, because he has never even seen your face, or been held by you. Abby.
Present Day Or Something Abby and her boyfriend pulled up to the beach, jumped out, and got their surfboards and ran to the surf. The day was nice today, because Hawaii never really seemed to get below 70 all year round, and the water was a nice 80.
'Race you to the water' She said to her boyfriend, who laughed and started taking off ahead of her. She shouted a 'hey!' to him, then started running after him. They were about evenly matched in running, and being fit, so her boyfriend got there first since he took off first. With that, they both jumped on their boards and started to ride the waves for hours.

Simon watched Jenna's face carefully after he told her that he wasn't fine with her asking that, but he stayed quiet. He frowned slightly and shook his head when she said something about visiting Makayla. "If she's moved on from me, then maybe it's best that I stay out of her life now," He said, then muttered something under his breath. He smiled faintly when she said she failed because she's to spacey,"At least you took one. I never got that chance," He said, kind of jokingly. He smiled even more when she said she had friends,"That's good, you deserve to have friends." He also seemed to be smiling at her smiling, and for the like, first time since he got here he looked happy. "That's good," he said when she said her depression got better,"I told you to stop being so negative," He teased. His smile seemed to fade ever so slightly when she said she wasn't having a great day until he came, but it didn't seem like an upset smile fade, more like he was kind of happily surprised by what she said. He listened silently to what she said about everyone else, though his eyes narrowed when she mentioned that Alan was an ass. "I think I'm glad they broke up, Abby deserves better then Alan, and Alan deserves nothing," His voice was filled with venom when he said that.
Simon nodded and said,"Just the usual," while gesturing at his head. He tilted his head when she fiddled with her pocket, though he didn't seem to be wondering what she was doing. He nodded when she asked if he drank,"Sometimes, when I can get ahold of some," He replied. "Sure," He said, smiling very faintly when she said she could get him a drink. He seemed almost guilty for drinking alcohol. He didn't really pay any attention to her looks. If she payed attention to how he looked, she would notice he looked about exactly the same. He was still quite underweight, though his clothes kind of hid that. He still wore the same cool outfits, and he hadn't grown any, since he had been past his growing age when he was on the island. The only difference was that he maybe looked...sadder. As she paced, he pulled out a phone that looked so nice it was quite obvious that he didn't pay for it. He then dialed the phone number he had for the phone he had made Alan. He wasn't sure Alan still had that phone, but he figured it was worth a try.
(Makayla) "Ok," Makayla said to Leslie. After he left, she just kind of sat on the bed and stared out the window, until she heard some noise by the door. She looked at the door to see a note under it, and got up to go grab it. After reading it, she thought it was a little weird to slide something like that under a door, if it was a real invite. She raised an eyebrow and headed back over to her bed, putting the note on the bedside table. She'd tell Les about it when he got back.

Alan Alan sat at his desk, then simply crushed Abby's letter into a ball and tossed it into the fire. He crushed it so that he could watch the words 'considers my boyfriend more of a father than you' burn in the crimson blaze. He slowly took a drink of his brandy on the rocks, it was Britain after all, he was well within the legal drinking age. He watched his fire in his large cold empty manor as a sharply dressed man walked up behind him and said "Sir, one Mr. Romanov here to see you." Alan gave him a small wave to indicate him to show him in. Romanov walked in, on his shoulders sat a large fur coat. The man watched Alan for a second before saying "Ah, you morn loss of woman, da?" Alan didn't even take his eyes from the fire "Da Sergi, she has my son. She said her boyfriend was more of a father to my son than I ever was." the large Russian envoy was surprisingly compassionate, saying "Fuck her boyfriend. We know you like the dick too, rape him." Alan chuckled slightly and said "I will have to take a rain check on that, for now I just wish to inform you that the plans for the Kirovs were well received, and I have assisted your ships in getting into China discreetly, through my contacts in North Korea." as shocking as it was, Alan didn't exactly limit himself to legal power, he kept and extensive list of criminals who traded favors with him like clockwork.
After the Russian had left Alan was still sitting and drinking, as he heard a buzz from his desk. He looked confused, but quickly retrieved his phone from the desk there. He looked at the phone then answered it and said "H-hello?" into the microphone, seeming legitimately frightened because he never had given this number out to anyone sense his return.
BBC Today parliament decided on several new bills, including controversial ones put forth by the Right Honourable Lord Alan Haskayne. One of his radical bills that passed was the 'Asian Prosperity Bill' which will immediately withdraw all United Kingdom support from South Korea and Japanese military forces. Additionally it will bring Hong Kong, and Singapore back under the UK as colonial provinces. Furthermore this bill legalizes Japan's ability to rebuild its army, creating in the process the first Japanese Army sense 1945. Reactions were mixed in Japan, and the United States, and North Korea applauded the effort of the British to insure 'equality on the Korean Peninsula'. This statement was provided by Army Major Yun Kim, who was appointed the task of replying personally. The President of the United States issued a statement that said if it was beyond Hawaii it was none of America's business, and he formally withdrew the 10th carrier group from Japan.

Jenna noticed that Simon seemed to be watching her face carefully, and she wondered if he noticed her jealousy. She hoped he didn't. That wasn't something she wanted him to realize. It was embarrassing. She tried to just push the whole thing to the back of her mind, but she had tried that many times before, so she wasn't really sure how well it would work. She shook her head. 'Last I checked she didn't entirely 'move on' from you, because I believe she's still single. The last time I talked to her she was, anyway.....' She said, shrugging. To what he said about her driving lesson, she nodded, and smiled. Mostly she just smiled to what was said for a bit, because she didn't have any real response to any of it. 'Hey, I am less negative' She joked back, feeling happy just to be able to joke around and actually be happy. And joking with an old friend she hadn't seen in years made it all the better. 'Yeah. Alan is like a politician now in Britain' She said, shaking her head.
She chuckled a little, and just nodded. Again, to what he said, she nodded, and after she talked to Simon more, she would go and get some, and probably sneak herself some. Surprisingly, she did actually notice how he looked, and she even said something about it. 'Now we are both underweight....man, it amazes me how much depression can decrease your appetite. Then I just never really ate much since I got underweight. I don't feel unhealthily light....so I just stayed with it. If you see me eat a lot, it's a rare occasion. I just never feel like eating a bunch. You must be hungry though' She said to him, figuring he hadn't ate a real meal in ages. When Simon popped out his phone, she just left the room to go get Simon's drink. However, as soon as she left, her phone made a "Doodoo" sound like she got a text message. When she saw the message, she saw that it was from her friend Molly, and the message was 'can i come over to ur house?', to which she responded with a 'yes'. Her friend Molly was right down the road, so it would take her no time at all to arrive. She was also her best friend, and she knew that she should warn Simon of her, because she was....a little weird sometimes. That didn't mean she wasn't her best friend though, even if their personalities were very different in some aspects.
After pouring a glass of Makers Mark for Simon, and taking a little sip of it herself, she came back out and handed it to Simon. 'Here you go' She said to him, trying hard to avoid the 'omg this alcohol is strong' face. 'My friend Molly is coming over to visit, just to let you know ahead of time. She can be a little weird, but she's a good friend and person' She said, and she was already imagining what her friend would probably say. She shook her head, and sat down on the couch again, instead of pointlessly pacing.
Just to have something on, Jenna turned on the TV, which was already on BBC. She actually focused on it and listened to it. Did she really care about the news though? Not really. But she still payed attention to it. By the end of it though, she turned it off and let out an 'ugh' in response. 'Just a bunch of political rubbish. Doesn't mean it's a good thing...but ugh, I hate politics and governments sometime. And see? Alan has political power over there now' She said, just letting out a sigh that sounded like she just didn't like the whole thing, Alan in political power and all that stuff, and it just frustrated her. So, she pretty much did a frustrated sigh.
Leslie Leslie wandered back up to the room after eating a bit, and opened the door and came in, shutting it behind him....obviously. Seeing Makayla looking puzzled worried him, and he came over and sat down next to her. 'What's up? And what's that?' He asked, gesturing to the letter Makayla was either holding or was near her. He couldn't think of what it would possibly be, and why Makayla would now have it. So, he just waited for her to explain it.
Abby Now, after their long amount of surfing, Abby and her boyfriend decided to go out on a 'date'. It was more of an outing, but it might as well be called a date. Luckily for Abby, her son was going to stay over for a night over at her friends house, with their daughter. So she had the whole day and night to herself, or more appropriately herself and her boyfriend. As much as she loved her son, it was nice to get away from him for a day. Having a child was even more stressful then she originally thought, and she had thought it was pretty stressful. She had also changed into something nice, since she brought it with her to the beach because she knew she was going out after they surfed. It wasn't anything overly special, just a nice skirt and a nice shirt. No make-up or nice jewelry, just a simple nice outing outfit.
'You never really told me much about Alan, other then he left you and that you met him during that terrible incident I heard so much about, mostly from you. Though, I recognized you from the papers the instant I saw you. I have to say, you really were beautiful when I saw you' Josh said, smiling and making Abby blush. 'So what was so charming about this man when you met him?' He asked teasingly. Starting off a dinner with asking your girlfriend about her ex-boyfriend was a little...odd, but she was used to odd.
'I don't know....I talked to him on the plane before we crashed, and I just felt something for him then. Then we crashed, and I got really injured and almost died, and he came to my aid and made me all better. From then on, I had like...this obsession with him. Looking back now it was creepy. I think because he saved my life I just felt something for him, and I literally followed him blindly, no matter what he said. And...and I was so hesitant about sleeping with him after I just met him, for like a day or 2, and then.....it just happened. I don't know, I got curious. Then I couldn't stop.....and here I am, 19 with a 2-year old child. Then you know the part about him just ditching me, and leaving me to raise the child alone. Until you came into my life, you have been very helpful' She said to him with a smile back, and now it was his turn to blush.
'Anyway, while we are out on a dinner is not the time to be talking about ex-boyfriends. If you keep up with the questions, I will start asking you about your weirdest relationship memories' She teased, to which he responded by just making a weird face and staying silent. From then on, they just started chit chatting about various things, from surfing, to her son, to children in general, to annoying things like bills, and to many other uneventful things. This went on for a while while they ate.

"People can move on and still be single," Simon replied, though his voice sounded a little tense. If she was good at figuring that stuff out, she might be able to tell that it seemed like it was because she had confirmed that Makayla actually HAD to move on from him, meaning she liked him. He smiled when she smiled, and it seemed that her being happy made him happy. "I meant before. You were always saying that nothing could help you. I don't see you having much to be negative about now," He said. He shook his head slightly,"Why did Alan of all people have to become a politician? And I know it's not the Alan that would follow every word you say, I don't think he'd ever take a job like that," He sighed,"To bad he couldn't have stayed that way. I wonder if he still has like, two personalities, or if the power hungry asshole Alan is all that's left."
Simon looked kind of surprised when Jenna started talking about them both being underweight, but not like surprised surprised, more like he was wondering where that conversation came from. "I've always been underweight," He replied simply, then shook his head,"I've lived my whole life eating very little a day. I think I would find it harder to eat a lot. I feel perfectly content right now," It was true, he never really did get very hungry. One meal a day was fine for him, though he usually ate two small meals of whatever he could find to steal. Of course, there were the days when he couldn't find anything to steal, and that was about the only time he got hungry.
He was busy on the phone when Jenna came back with the maker's mark. He gave her a nod of thanks. He looked slightly alarmed when she said a friend was coming over, but he said nothing, other then whatever he was saying to Alan. When Jenna said down on the couch next to him, he looked at her out of the corner of his eyes and raised an eyebrow and her for no apparent reason before taking a sip of his drink. He ignored the news.
(Conversation with Alan) "Hey, Alan!" Simon said, with fake enthusiasm when Alan answered. "It's been a long time," He said, his voice darkening slightly. "I heard about how you became part of the British government, congratulations," The 'congratulations' could hardly have been more sarcastic. He waited for Alan to speak before he said anything else.
(Makayla) Makayla looked at Leslie when he came in, then looked at the letter on the bedside table. "It's a note. Go ahead and read it. I'm not sure it's legitimate," She paused, wringing her hands together,"It was put under the door. Seems like a weird thing for a company or something to do." She sounded worried. She was in a strange place that she really didn't know anything about and they got a strange letter saying for them to go somewhere. She wasn't sure they should trust it.

Alan's conversation with Simon Alan practically dropped the phone as he recognized the voice on the other end. He then hooked up his Bluetooth headset up to his phone, quickly sliding his phone into his pocket and grabbing a shotgun he kept mounted on the wall. He slowly loaded the shotgun and said into the headset "Hello Simon, or am I talking to shade, you do confuse me sometimes." he seemed genuinely scared that Simon could be close to him right now, that was the reason for the shotgun. He then slowly said "I am a member of Her Majesty's government, yes indeed." in fear his Posh accent was breaking back into his normal American accent.
Alexandria "Natuurlijk." Alexandria said to her boss, speaking in his native Dutch. She then walked out, carrying a rifle across her chest, two new SMGs on her belt like pistols, and her two classic short swords crossed on her back to make them easy to draw quickly. Apparently some workers were on strike and she was to discipline them, so she walked toward the people standing there, pulled out one of her SMGs, and without warning fired a long burst of fire into the school of the town, killing several children. There were screams, even from the mercs who were standing there, Alexandria then cried out "No one shall oppose the Company! Get back to work this instant, or more women and children will die!" one of the men charged at her, and she gracefully flipped over his head and made a two stabs, one into his lung, the other into his upper spine. She then pulled out her newest weapon, a whaling harpoon gun. She informed the mercs to hold the man up, and she fired a shot through each of his ankles and his wrists, she finally slit his throat with her sword. The man was attached to a blank billboard and Alexandria wrote above it 'Les syndicats ne seront pas tolérés' in the native French. In English it ment 'Unions will not be tolerated'.

'Yeah, I know....' Jenna said quietly. She didn't really notice anything from Simon's reactions, because she was too busy thinking herself about certain things. That jealousy was still there, and it distracted her. Part of her mind was trying to get Simon reunited with Makayla, just so she could hide her jealousy and try to get over it. But, she knew that instead, it would probably just make things worse. But at the same time, she wasn't one to just completely keep Simon away from Makayla at all costs. She wondered how people dealt with these stupid feelings, and she started muttering to herself, and it was barely audible. Pretty much all she was muttering to herself was the fact she missed the 'old days' before the plane crash, except the worse depression part. Why she was muttering that was completely unknown to anyone except her....possibly. She let out a sigh at what Simon said. 'Yeah, I was stupid. Depression just sort of puts you into a mindset where you feel negative and have low self-esteem about yourself. I'm glad that's gone......well mostly, I still have my moments" She said, and then she muttered to herself again, and if Simon could pick it out, she said something that sounded like 'like right now'. To the rest, she just sighed and shrugged. She noticed Simon's look of surprise, but said nothing. She also nodded at what he said. 'That's a good thing in my opinion. Sure, it may be unhealthy to be underweight, but not eating a lot saves you money, lets you give more to people who need it more, and so on. Yeah, you supposedly need 2,000 calories a day, but who cares? I feel fine....And I can just eat beans and rice for my 27 amino acids, which is about all I ever eat anyway. My dad just buys me rice and beans by the bag, and it's a cheap way to live. And I just got used to it, so I don't even find it boring to be eating the same thing all the time. I still do eat other meals here and there, though. I bet you'd love a meal of non-stale food' She said, joking with the last part. Jenna looked at Simon weirdly with his phone call, when she realized who he was talking to. That really confused her, because she wondered how Simon could possibly have Alan's phone number. And why he was calling Alan was weird as well, but she quickly lost that thought when the doorbell rang. 'Wow, you got here fast' Jenna said to her friend when she answered the door. It was a little chilly out today, which was to be expected in Maine during this time of year. 43 degrees to be exact, with it expected to be below freezing at night. It was also overcast, but no chance of rain reported. By now though, she was used to the cold, living here for a while and all. And London wasn't exactly a scorching desert, either. 'It's a bit nippy out, isn't it? Come in' She told her friend, who came in and Jenna shut the door behind her before the house froze from the wet, cold outside air. 'When I text you, I was walking down the street already, and I thought of you as I was approaching your house' Molly said to Jenna, and as she took off her warm coat, Jenna took it and hang it up for her. Jenna also smiled at what her friend said. Yes, normal reactions to stuff. Jenna walked into her living room with her friend following, and her friend stopped when she saw Simon, because she had no idea who that was. It wasn't a friend of Jenna's she recognized. 'Who is that?' She whispered to Jenna, since he was on the phone. But before Jenna could fully spill out the first letter, her friend opened her mouth again, and said, "Wait, no, let me guess', out loud instead of in a whisper, as she walked closer to where Simon was. 'It's that cute boy you had a crush on that you wouldn't stop talking about, isn't it?' She asked. Jenna was about ready to blurt something else out to cut off her friend from finishing her sentence, but it was too late. 'I never said he was cute........or that I had a crush on him........and I didn't really talk about him that much, did I?' She asked, lowering her voice as she spoke, and also turning noticeably redder. 'You don't deny it, either. You never said that you did or didn't think he was cute or had a crush on him. And oh yes you did' Molly said, still out loud, near Simon, as if she was trying to embarrass her best friend by saying that right next to Simon. She had a big grin on her face as she spoke, too. Jenna ended up responding by saying 'I-I-I', before cutting herself off and just giving up on speaking, while still turning redder, when she decided to try to make some good excuse to get out of there for a moment. 'Want anything to drink, Molly?' She asked her friend, who just responded with 'water', before she disappeared into the kitchen to get that water. As she watched her embarrassed friend walk away, she grinned to her back. As much as she tried to embarrass her friend, and possibly made her a little mad at her, they were still great friends. Jenna had gotten used to it by now, and the worst part is the fact that her friend knew her well now, so she knew the best times to tell her weaknesses and how to tease her. Mostly Jenna just disregarded her teasing related to boys at school, because Jenna wasn't one of those types of people just to go up to a random cute boy and be like 'Hey, I saw you, and decided to talk to you', or whatever she thought those kinds of people said. She just completely ignored them, especially since a lot of them were just assholes. Jenna came back after a bit of gaining her color back, and calming herself down after being embarrassed. She handed her friend the water, who took it and said 'You do have a good taste in boys. He is quite the handsome young man, though maybe a little old for you, Jenna. He looks to be in his 20's, and you aren't even an adult yet' She said, also out loud, but not quite so loudly, so if Simon was distracted by the phone he might of not heard her this time. Jenna let out an irritated "Ugh', but it was all in good nature because she was used to this by now. 'I know that' She told her, and sat down on the couch. She had brought her own drink out, which was her pouring herself some more alcohol. Though, part of her worried about Simon seeing her drink, because she had this feeling he would say something about it. Mostly because of his opinion on her smoking. She sipped the drink slowly, and made faces at the strong taste of it. Molly sat down next to Jenna, and whispered this time. 'I'm serious. How old is he?' She asked, which Jenna then looked thoughtful for a minute before telling her friend. 'Seriously, be careful. That age difference can be scary. I wouldn't want you to get hurt' She told her friend, seeming truly concerned. Jenna shook her head. 'I know that, okay? He's just a friend. We're not dating. And not everybody kisses as many boys as you do, Molly. Do you seriously....expect that from me? Besides: he likes another girl, and he was already married....which I think I told you already. Please, can we not talk about this?' She begged her friend. Molly listened, and chuckled at the part about her. Then, she shook her head. 'No, I don't. Just making sure my best friend is careful is all' She told her friend, and then ruffled her hair. Really, she was concerned for her friend, even if she showed it in a weird way. She then said 'yes' to the last part, and then they fell into some awkward silence while they both drank slowly, while gazing around or watching Simon talk on the phone. 'I need to take a piss' Molly suddenly said out loud out of nowhere, and she jumped up to her feet and wandered off towards the bathroom. She had been in this house enough to know exactly where the bathroom was, so she had no reason to ask where it was. Jenna shook her head the instant her friend was out of sight, because of the fact she said that out loud. And because she was totally being a brat. She felt she needed to apologize for her friends behavior, so she looked over to Simon and opened her mouth. 'Sorry for what just happened back there, Simon. She's like that. I just want to relieve any awkward tension that may of brought between us....' She said quietly, shuffling her foot before just looking away and sipping her alcoholic beverage again. LeslieLeslie picked up the letter and read it. He scanned it closely, and had to really agree with Makayla. 'I agree, it's weird. Why are we getting special treatment? It seems too special. Probably because they saw we were one of the survivors of the bizarre plane crash, so we are all famous, because our society is weird' He said with a sigh. 'Though, what's the danger of giving the phone number a try?' He asked Makayla, and pulled out his cellphone he finally got, then dialed the number and waited to see what potentially weird answer he got. His main concern was that it might not be in English, but since the letter was, he guessed they would make the speaker speak English. AbbyAfter they were done with their dinner, Josh went back with Abby to her apartment. She smiled at Josh, enjoying the day surfing and the dinner with him, along with their conversations. She already knew a lot about him, so mostly their chat was just talking, and not learning about each other. Though, there were obvious little things they could still learn about each other, probably forever. If it ended up going that far. 'I think I told you this before, but I love you Abby. You are the sweetest, nicest, and most beautiful girl I have ever met' Josh said to Abby with a smile, to which she smiled back happily. 'You are the sweetest, nicest, and most handsome guy I have ever met' Abby said back with a little bit of a chuckle for saying the same exact thing as him, and he laughed as well and smiled back. Abby wandered around for a bit, cleaning up some of the toys scattered around her floor. The whole time, Josh just watched her. She noticed this, and said 'what?', to which he replied with 'nothing'. She shook her head, not believing him. 'Then get your lazy ass over here and help me' She teased, to which he chuckled and helped her clean up. After they were done, Josh turned to Abby and smiled again. 'Are you thinking what I am thinking?' Josh asked Abby, and Abby shrugged. 'Maybe' She said, then turned and smiled at him too. 'If it involves kissing you, then yes' She said with a chuckle, and he nodded. 'That was the general idea' He said. Then, Abby walked up to Josh and gently kissed him on the lips, to which Josh responded with kissing her back more passionately. Abby wasn't cut off guard, because she sort of expected that to happen, and welcomed it by kissing back more passionately herself. Josh ended up kissing her even more deeply, before he broke away to let Abby speak, since it seemed like she had something to say. 'Josh, let's be careful, okay? I don't want to have another accident. One is hard enough to deal with. Let's enjoy ourselves, but please be careful' Abby said with clear concern in her voice, but she trusted Josh. Josh nodded in complete understanding, because he understood her concerns after the stories he heard. He knew his limits anyway, and had no intentions of going that far, especially with no protection whatsoever. He just wanted a sweet romantic time with his beautiful, smart, and intelligent girlfriend. Abby went back to kissing him, and he gently pushed her towards the couch. She also expected that, so it didn't catch her off guard. Actually, she made it easier for him by walking herself backwards towards the couch. When they got to the couch, she laid herself on to her back, and Josh got on top of her. Because Abby was smarter now, she was still clothed, instead of just going all out like she did with Alan. Which was exactly her concerns, for Josh to be gentle and careful, and try not to get her overly in the mood. Though, she felt she had more control now anyway, and Josh wasn't dumb to just start stripping himself and her naked to sleep with her on the couch. Instead, he just hovered over her, and kissed her passionately on the lips, which she returned. He ran his hands down her body, then under her shirt across her stomach. She closed her eyes from the soft, gentle feeling of his fingers across her skin, and her mind wandered to how she missed pleasure like this. Of course, her last memories of this kind of pleasure weren't so pleasant anymore. He then followed that up with slowly moving his hand up her leg, and then up the part of her leg that was under her skirt. She closed her eyes again, and from then on, they pretty much just put their hands all over each other to give each other pleasure, along with deeply kissing each other and doing some of those strange things with their tongue's in each others mouths, and that sort.

Simon seemed to get slightly spacy after their conversation about Makayla moving on from him, so he missed Jenna muttering to herself. He did hear her say the stuff about depression though. “It doesn't make me negative....most of the time. I guess it depends. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Just like with everything with me,” He said with a faint sigh. He raised an eyebrow slightly at what she muttered that time,”I thought you said you were having a bad moment until I came,” He said.
He tilted his head at her slightly,”You CAN be healthy though, so why don't you be? YOU should care about your health, hell your father should. Just because you don't FEEL unhealthy doesn't mean you aren't. Why don't you eat a bigger, healthier variety of food? It's not like you can't afford it,” He seemed genuinely confused as to why the hell she would choose to eat the same thing every day, and to be unhealthy when it was something that was easy to fix. “I don't eat stale food,” He said, sounding slightly taken aback,”Just because I steal it doesn't mean it's old. Where would I steal old food from?”
When Jenna went and answered the door, he just continued his conversation with Alan. He never really seemed to have noticed that it was kind of cold out, probably because he was used to living on the streets his whole life, so he could get used to being cold, or warn, with no way to get away from it. He basically ignored everything Jenna and her friend said until his conversation with Alan faltered slightly when Molly said something about the cute friend Jenna never stopped talking about, so it seemed he was apparently paying attention to two conversations at once, even if one he didn't show it very much.
Simon was taking a sip of his Maker's Mark when Jenna's friend said that he was handsome, and he nearly snorted it out through his nose. The act of the slight snort he did let out sent him coughing, since he was drinking something strong, and snorting with a mouthful of any drink could likely do that to you anyway.
He then went on to ignoring them, for the most part, and conversing with Alan about whatever they were talking about at the time. When Jenna came back out, she probably got the distinct feeling he heard every word Molly said to her, even if he didn't really show it. When she sat down next to him and drank her alcohol he stood up and took it from her, narrowing his eyes at her very slightly. He seemed to flinch ever so slightly when Molly said she didn't want Jenna to get hurt, then he muttered something to himself and the corner of his mouth twitched ever so slightly, like he was about to smile, but the rest of his face showed annoyance, but not at Molly or Jenna.
Assuming the conversation with Alan wasn't super long, Simon hung up shortly after Molly left to the bathroom. He looked at Jenna when she apologized, and frowned slightly. “I think of you as a sister, Jenna,” He said it very lightly, so very quietly, as if he was worried he might hurt her by saying that he didn't like her the was she liked him.
(Conversation with the a-hole) “It's Simon- Are you loading a gun?” Simon asked, a slight chuckling sound in his voice. He could hear the sound of shotgun shells sliding into a shotgun, only just barely. “I'm still in the US, you know, though maybe Britain would try less hard to either kill me or capture me. Doubtful with you having in say in the government t-though,” He faltered slightly on the word 'though' because that was right when Jenna's friend was talking about how he was the cute guy Jenna had a crush on. He then continued on as if nothing had happened,”Of course you just had to manage to get a position in the government, perfect for the Alan I hate. I also heard you left Abby. Funny, no matter how many times I told you it wouldn't last, you wouldn't believe me, and I was right.” Sometime after that last line, Alan probably heard Simon muttering to himself slightly. Also probably heard him snort and start coughing for no obvious -to Alan- reason.
(Makayla) “It's not the special treatment that I'm thinking of. If someone wanted to give us a tour of some place or whatever, why leave a note under the door? There's no reason for that. They could have knocked on the door and handed me the letter, or something,” Makayla said, shrugging. She just kind of sat quietly through everything else.

Alan "Uh indeed, a shotgun, for um, hunting. Yes quite right, me and the lads from parliament are going hunting for duck." Alan said, his posh accent surfacing once more. He breathed a sigh of relief when Simon said he was in America still and set down his gun "Ah, jolly good, how are the states these days? Apparently quite ineffective at killing their criminals." he chuckled off the idea of Simon coming to Britain "Oh, you haven't watched much news have you? Britain has entered a voluntary quarantine, we are insuring that no dirty eastern Europeans sneak in and take British jobs. There are only a handful of flights in and out per day, and ships require special permits granted by a lord of parliament. I will be sure to add you to the no fly lists at once." as Simon pointed out how much he hated him he chuckled slightly "Well Simon, of course I am in government. That plane crash did an untold number of things to me, gone is the Alan who liked being chained to walls and wearing high heels, now you just have me, power hungry, lord of parliament and criminal mastermind. Ha, it was me who made the quarantine you know that Simon? Mostly because I knew I could make untold fortunes from criminals paying me for clearance." he seemed shocked at himself for bragging so much. He kinda felt like a bond villain, telling his evil plot to the 'hero' if Simon could be considered that. He then added "I never cared for Abby, nor LT. Kim Yun, nor Mr. Chism, nor anyone.else I have ever dated. You know why? Because relationships are power. I have gained money, and North Korean support with two of them, the last was simply a mistake. He didn't pay attention to the coughing or muttering.
Congo When Leslie called the phone was picked up on the first ring, and a woman with a thick Duch accent said "Hello? You must be either Leslie or Makayla, I am very big number one fan." she talked fast and with her thick Duch accent it was slightly difficult to understand her. Without waiting for a reply she continued "Alexandria talks about you two all the time. The men tell me so. She often talks about Leslie, they say when she is working she won't shut up about him. They say she speaks of his sister sometimes too." of course what she wasn't aware of was that it wasn't kind things Alexandria speaks of. She more just wants to torture the 'man who ruined her life' then 'rape his sister for good measure.' and had informed everyone around her of that fact on.multiple occasions. Finally the Duch woman said "Oh, were you calling for tour. I will contact the guide, and if you wish you may dine with me and Alex if you want."

'I think it's just one of the possible side effects of depression' Jenna told Simon. She had done a lot of depression research since she got back, because she wanted to learn more about her own condition. Though, she obviously already knew a decent amount about her depression, just not everything. She listened to the rest, but replied to the last part. 'Don't ask why I muttered that.....Just forget about it' She said, disregarding that part of the conversation.
'But beans and rice are healthy, at least mostly. Beans give you the 27 amino acids you need for a day. You probably don't get the vitamins, but it's not really a unhealthy meal. And I don't like really eating anymore then I do. I get full fast, so I don't eat beyond where I start feeling full. And like I said, I don't mind not eating a variety. I'm just like a pet now, eating the same thing every day' Jenna said, the last part sounding clearly joking. 'Oh, and that's my dinner. I eat oatmeal for breakfast, which is also good for you' She told him. When he seemed taken back, she looked ashamed and looked at the ground. 'I dunno' She said quietly. 'Stealing from the rats and raccoons in the trash?' She asked jokingly, trying to lighten up the mood again.
To Simon's reactions to what Molly said, she barely acknowledged them. She did chuckle a bit, though. She was too busy going WTF at her friend, who got her in an uncomfortable situation. At least, she felt it was a little uncomfortable. When Simon took her alcohol, she was about to protest, when instead she just let out a sigh and let him take it. Due to being distracted, she didn't really notice Simon's twitches.
Since Simon would of taken her alcoholic beverage by now, she hadn't actually sipped it earlier. Hearing Simon's words made her bite the corner of her lip. She knew that was true, but hearing him say it hit her harder then she would of liked. Why did feelings for people have to be so cruel and harsh? She hated that feeling, and her mind was wishing she was asexual so she just didn't give a crap either way about that stuff....which part of her didn't really, which was a bit of a relief to her.....if it showed more. 'I know, Simon...' She said in what sounded like a sad voice, sadder then she intended it to sound. Which she noticed, and sighed in response to her own reaction to that. She plopped her feet up onto the couch and crossed her arms, then stared up at the ceiling for a moment, seeming like she wasn't really here. Out of nowhere, she just threw out 'I wish I was asexual', which may of been a little strange out of nowhere.
Molly was still in the bathroom.
Leslie Leslie thougght the woman's accent sounded cool, because he thought accents sounded cool, even if he sucked at identifying them or hearing people with heavy accents well. Hearing the 'very big number one fan' made him roll his eyes, but obviously she couldn't know that. If there's one thing that got on his nerves, it was fans claiming they were the number one fan. Or fans in general, because he already had to deal with some excessive girl fans that were talking about the 'cute survivor of the plane crash'. He really didn't get the whole becoming famous because you were one of like 6 survivors to a strange plane crash. When he heard Alexandria's name though, his facial expression changed to excitement. 'Alexandria? She's here?' He asked in a curious, anxious voice. 'I would like to talk to Alexandria. I was suspicious of the strange tour at first. No offense, we are just cautious. But if Alexandria is here, I'm sure it can't be too bad, and I would like to talk to her....about why she left....' He said into the phone, and his eyes got watery at remembering how much his heart sank when she had a miscarriage and then left. 'I don't know if Makayla's coming or not, though' He said, looking over at Makayla for some sort of clarification.
Abby and Josh Abby and Josh continued to do romantic things for a while, 'pleasing' each other in different ways. Nothing went too far, though, because they both had enough control. And Abby would of probably panicked if it started going too far, anyway, because she was very cautious now. Maybe one day she'd be willing to have a child with Josh, but not right now. She really only seriously dated him for a month, even if she felt she loved him for about 6 months, if not longer.
'I better go home before it gets too late' Josh said to Abby after a while of them being done, and after they hung out some more. She knew this was generally the time he would leave to go home, so she didn't care, and nodded to him. 'Okay' She said to him, and gave him one last big long kiss on the lips. He smiled at her, grabbed some stuff he sat down, waved bye to her, said he had a great night, and left out the door.
Once he was out, he looked around, then decided to take his typical path home, since he preferred to walk to his home. Abby was in an apartment building, and so was he. It was a fairly long walk, but not majorly long. His typical path was a shortcut through a dark back alley that sometimes gave him the goosebumps, but he'd been down it so much in the past year that it no longer bothered him. So, he started to walk down the back alley without much thought, just going at a casual pace down it.

Simon continued to look like he thought she was weird. “If you always eat until you get full, It'd think you wouldn't really be that underweight. If you're not getting the right vitamins, that alone can make you unhealthy so saying that a meal is healthy when you don't get vitamins from it is really kind of silly. Not minding something is different then wanting it. I don't mind stealing all my food, but that doesn't mean I want to. If there was another choice for me I'd take it. In fact, I have,” He said, referring to how he came here. He tilted his head when she said she eats oatmeal,”Still no vitamins,” He said bluntly,”You should at least take vitamin pills.” He chuckled slightly to what she said about stealing from the trash, but there was a slight edge to his voice, like he had done that before.
Simon put down Jenna's drink on the coffee/side table and picked up his own drink before downing it in one go. Even if Jenna had protested him taking her drink, chances were he wouldn't let her have it back, being Simon and all. After he finished his drink, he drank Jenna's, downing all of it at once, which made him cough ever so slightly. He then sat back down on the couch next to her, sighing slightly.
He watched her, frowning when he saw her bite the inside of her lip. He knew he had hurt her, but he wondered what would be worse. Her not knowing how he really felt about her, and eventually discovering that he didn't feel the same way about her, or if he just told her. He sighed quietly again, his eyes glinting in the light, showing that they were slightly wet. He seemed to flinch slightly when she sounded sad, then flinched again for no apparent reason, then muttered to himself again, this time faster then before, and longer. Like he was having a conversation with himself, but he wouldn't let the other Simon/Shade have any time to reply. The way his eyes moved kind of gave that impression, too. His one-sided conversation with himself was suddenly cut short at what Jenna said about wishing she was asexual. “No you don't,” He said. “You wish you were never attracted to anyone? Then you would be much less likely to find someone to love,” He sounded slightly sad as he spoke. He then went back to saying nothing to her, though his lips moved ever so slightly, even if no sound came out. It seemed like he might have been singing something. Then, out of nowhere, he said,”When's your dad supposed to get home?”
(Conversation with Alan) Simon laughed at what Alan said the gun was for,”Yeah, sure,” He said, clearly not believing it. “Funny how you still fear me so much, even with all your power. I'd say it would be extraordinarily stupid for me to attack you now, and yet you're still afraid of me. Am I really that scary?” He smiled to himself slightly, as if he liked the fact that Alan feared him. Whether that was Simon or Shade, who knew. It seemed hard to tell them apart when it came to Alan. “They're the same as always for me, lots of cops and streets and running. They don't want me dead, exactly, and I think that's one of their faults. I doubt they would be able to kill me if they wanted, either, but they try to hard to get me to come in alive. They don't care that I would rather die then become a fucking test subject for them,” He shuddered slightly, and Alan may have been able to tell by his breath in the phone. “How the hell would I watch news?” He asked, “I couldn't give a shit what the British government does. In fact, the only part of the American government I care about is whatever part has anything to do with me. Politics mean nothing to me.” He snorted,”You are probably one of the worst people I know to be part of any government, you don't deserve power, you don't deserve money. You deserve nothing. The time on the island wouldn't have been HALF as bad if it wasn't for you. Funny how I ever felt even slightly protective of you. I should have just let Alexandria kill you, or Shade.” He kind of seemed to be letting out all the hate he had ever felt for Alan. “It would take less intelligence then an idiot has to figure out you were the one who set the quarantine,” He replied. “I believe you, because I don't believe you're capable of caring,” He said with venom. If Molly was still there during this whole part of the conversation, she might be slightly alarmed.
(Makayla) Makayla just sat quietly through most of it, seeming only to get slightly interested when Leslie said something about Alexandria. When he said something about not knowing if she was coming or not, she bit her lip, then nodded, showing she was. One thing that had changed over the last three years was that she learned some martial arts, not that it would matter that much if Alexandria tried to hurt them. Might help a bit, though.
