Character
Name: Ramona Grifasi
Age: 16
Appearance:
How she commonly has her hair and how she dresses........if its cold anyway
Personal Items: I can't really think of anything...
Bio: Well, you could say that for the most part Ramona's life was pretty straightforward. Parents treated her okay but they weren't exceptional parents by any means. She liked her parents while she was growing up but became less fond of her parents as she turned into a teenager. Mostly because they were way too strict on almost all rules that she felt like she had no control over her own life. Her parents rarely let her hang out with friends because they were worried she might get involved in the wrong kind of people and start smoking, doing drugs, and drinking, that she might turn into a hardcore partier and start getting herself in bad relationships, and so on. On top of that, they were rather strict about her grades. They constantly pushed her to work on getting good grades, and it seemed like anything but an A was a disappointment to them. Of course them being overly strict about all this nonsense was just more likely to make her rebellious and possibly have issues, though she did a really good job at not getting involved in all that crap.
Recently, her family moved to a new home. Well, technically they moved to a really quite old house, but it was new for them. It was rather large and needed quite a bit of fixing up, but her parents were, to her surprise, up to the task. Which was a surprise to her because she thought her parents seemed rather lazy for how much they pushed for her to get good grades. They did do decent jobs though since they were making quite a bit of money.
Since they got to the house, her sister, Maybelle, had seemed different and more scared of the dark and talked about scary monsters more then she ever remembered her little sister having talked about, and it really worried her about what the house might be doing to her sister and her mental state. If it was even related to the house. She was worried that maybe she was starting to have some mental illness or something. She did her best to comfort her sister but it didn't seem to do her a lot of good, which just worried her even more. She was trying to convince her parents to bring her to the hospital to make sure she was okay, but her parents just kept saying that it was "A phase that almost all kids go through, including you" and that she would get over it eventually, though Ramona knew better that it was worse then any sort of phase she went through or most children went through. Also what made her think that was a silly thing for her parents to say was because she thought her sister being 8, almost 9 would be generally past the age of being scared of the dark and monsters, but mainly the monsters part. At least being afraid that there was monsters in her room seemed weird. Being scared of the dark was less weird, but the way she acted about it made her feel like her sister was younger then she actually was, and it made her worry for her.
Extras: She is a very adventurous girl, and she wants to travel the world, explore strange places, and so on. But her parents told her she can't do any of that until she graduates, because her good grades are the utmost important. They would have a similar opinion about college, but she could pretty much go "Screw you" to her parents at that point.
