The RP will revolve around a mental facility of sorts, though they specialize in more then just one thing, and they specialize in many different things. They take in depressed patients, bipolar patients, patients with abnormal powers, patients with certain sicknesses, all sorts of different types, and they do their best to make them better. Some patients come here and there, others stay there for weeks, months, and years. Some never get better, and some have known to kill themselves. It can be a messy situation working at this facility, and rather stressful, too. Also, it is known to be rather dangerous, as well. The facility is mostly paid by the government (and taxes), so getting treatment there is actually fairly cheap. And for some people, it is entirely free. The place has been known to make new ways of curing and helping people that haven't been done anywhere else, and it has been known that the place has a lot of weird stuff in it that most of the inhabitants never see. The place has been a place of controversy in the past, but none of it seemed to be well reasoned controversy, and nobody pursued it further.
The building has specific locations for each of the patients who have to stay there, that generally comes with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. The stuff in said rooms tends to vary depending on what the patients want in there, which the facility often supplies them. There is a lounge room for all the patients to mingle together, with the exception of a few special case patients who probably shouldn't mingle with others for their own safety. They also let patients arrange their own parties if they want to. The patients get a lot of free roaming capabilities, really, except in restricted parts of the facility.
The staff gets their own sorts of lounge rooms and rooms to stay in sometimes, as well, for overnight shifts and that sort. The staff has been generally highly received, and the patients seem to often respect them quite a bit. But still, some people have to wonder if there's more to this place then meets the eye...
