Orinia nodded to Veetor, "I was surprised by how much Asari looked like Turians, but then I kind of discovered they looked like every race, depending on what race is looking at them...Like, Humans think they look humanish, Turians think they look kind of Turian, ect." If it hadn't been for the current shape of her eyes, it would have been pretty much impossible to tell that she was smiling, since Turians didn't really have the muscles to smile with, other then their eyes. She just stood quietly on the other side of the room, trying to make sure she didn't get him more sick, and watched.

Veetor nodded slightly and smiled "I agree, Asari look kinda Quarian, have you noticed that? I mean, the only race I don't think they look like, is maybe the Hanar, Elcor, and Volus. Even the Batarians have some resemblance. I Er um, not that, I, am, um, you know, looking for that, Batarians that is, I mean, the Hegemony is lovely, but, um, four eyes, it kinda ofsets me." he kinda smiled shyly at Orinia, and chuckled a little at a thought that came to mind "It is really embarrassing to have my face showing, with, my, um, emotions, you know?" he was clearly still nervous, and Mordin went to work injecting him with medicine.

"I guess that since they look kinda human, and human look kinda like quarians, they do look kinda Quarian," Orinia said,"I haven't really figured out if they physically look like all the races, or if they have some weird mental affect that makes them look similar to that person's race, or something. You never know, Asari could look totally different to you then they do to me." She smiled at him when he started talking about it being weird having his face showing,"Weird for you. The idea of always having my face always covered is weird for me."

Veetor smiled slightly and nodded, agreeing with Oriana "Yeah, wouldn't that be weird though, if they altered their appearance like that with their mind melding thing, but on a much broader level. I mean, I guess it would be cool, but weird." he rubbed his hands together, feeling the immense difference between gloved and ungloved. He chuckled a little at himself and blushed slightly "Of course, I'm sure that would be very strange for you." Mordin continued to work intensively on Veetor while the two of them talked.
Gak knocked on the ship door, sounding desperate with his knocks "Me wish to help you fight collectors, the Blood Pack no want me, me need your help to get away from them. Me beg you, me offer any help I can." he really sounded desperate, and knocked again as he heard the bounty hunter hacking through the door to the dock. He prepared his shotgun just in case they didn't let him in.

Orinia nodded,"It would definately be weird, if not a little creepy," She said, watching him rub his hands together and wondering what it would be like to wear a suit all the time. She was thinking it would probably suck, but at the same time, it was probably all he knew, so it might not be to bad for him. She kind of looked at him intently for a bit, before saying,"Its kind of interesting how similar Quarians and humans look, mainly in the face, apart from the eyes."
EDI informed Jack that there was a Vorcha at the door, begging to be let in. With this news, Jack went and opened the door, followed by Garret, who was ready in case it was a trap. He didn't trust Vorcha, but that was because of the Blood Pack, and he was open to believing that there were some good Vorcha

Veetor watched Oriana with his glowing eyes, wondering what it would be like to not wear a suit his whole life, what it would be like to feel the breeze on his cheek, or feel water on his skin. He frowned as he thought about his constricted life, not being able to enjoy things that most people took for granted. He felt himself fill with longing for the homeworld, a feeling he got rarely, but it annoyed him when he did. He snapped out of it when she talked about humans and Quarians looking similar "Yeah, it is quite surprising isn't it, I mean I hear the Asari who knew what we looked like, they were shocked by humans. But, we also lack those ear things they have."
Gak hissed at the door right as it opened, a hiss of thanks, not of anger, he then gave a Vorcha smile and said "Thank you Cerbarus, I make good on deal, I follow you, against collector." despite his rather primitive way of talking, he was clearly a smart Vorcha, because he was actually speaking English instead of using a translator like most people did. As he finish the doors behind him opened, and a person rushed in Collector based weapons. The Krogan smiled and said "The Collectors will be very proud of me, finding your ship so easily." he aimed a collector rifle and fired a long burst, tearing through Gak's barriers and into his skin.

"Do you know which race came first? I mean, Quarians could have evolved and advanced faster then humans, but humans could have been there first. I don't know, I've never been good with history or anything like that," Orinia said,"I prefer to focus on the present, not the past, not the future."
Jack nodded to the Vorcha as soon as the Krogan came in, not really giving him any time to respond or say anything. Garret reacted faster then Jack, and had a Biotic barrier up before the beam hit Gak, though it was clear that it strained him to block the beam. He pushed the barrier back with a grunt, and used it to send the Krogan flying backwards, which toke a toll on him also, seeing as Krogans were heavy. As soon as the Krogan was pushed back, Jack shut the door. Figuring that the Krogan was no longer a threat, he turned to Gak,"You alright?" He asked.
Garret leaned over and put his hands on his knees in a tired way before straightening up and turning his attention to Gak.

Veetor shrugged slightly "I have no idea, which one of us came first, but we built the Geth when they were figuring out Steam power. I mean Turians were engaging the Krogan in Galactic warfare while they figured out Iron. It annoys me a little, how much progress they have made." he nodded to the last thing she said, not figuring he needed to respond to it.
Gak hissed as he watched the Krogan go flying back, quite clearly impressed by such a feat of biotic strength. He had never heard of a Vorcha biotic, so it was double impressive for him. He nodded to Jack "Yes yes, I am unhurt. Me more concerned about your biotic. He impressive, me wish me have skill like that." he gave a minor salute and said "Me am Combat Engineer Gak, formerly of the blood pack. I want help you fight collector. Sister on human colony, she safe when we kill them. Then I join her."

"It is impressive how fast the improved, and a little annoying," Orinia said,"Part of their improvement probably came from finding the Mass Relays and other races, but still. They improved a lot even before them. Maybe we've all just reached the point where we can't improve so fast."
Jack realized that being more concerned about the Biotic was probably a good idea, but when he looked at Garret, Garret gave him a slight 'I'm ok' kind of nod, so he turned his attention back to Gak. "We could use all the help we could get," Jack said, and Garret's eyes flashed with biotic power. It was kind of like he was warning Glak not to do anything stupid, like try to betray them or spy on them or something. "Welcome aboard," Jack said.

Veetor nodded to Orinia said, and scratched his head, flinching slightly at the feeling because he was used to scratching his helmet. He nodded slowly after thinking "They had the Mars, Cars, Wars, something like that, archive. It is just like a huge cluster of information from the Prothians. I bet that's why they advanced so fast. I mean, Quarians were uplifted by the Asari, kind of like how the Salarians uplifted the Krogan. Only, we had better results." he then realised the Geth "We had results anyway." he frowned slightly, though he didn't realise Oriana would see him frown, so he didn't bother saying that he was thinking about the Morning War.
Gak nodded to Jack and Garret both "Me save sister from Collector by helping you, me not going back to blood pack." he seemed to realise that Garret was worried about him betraying them, which showed his intellect in a way. He then walked onto the ship "This ship cold." commenting offhand. The mostly cerbarus crew looked very concerned at the Vorcha. One whispered to the other "First Quarians, then Batarians. Now this?! I don't feel safe anymore." Gak ignored them, and walked along, looking at his omni tool as he typed away. He was working on something, strategy interestingly enough.

"The Mars Archive?" Orinia asked. "Yeah, I bet that helped a lot. I don't think all races are lucky enough to have Prothean ruins right on their doorstep. I know a lot of humans hate Turians for the First Contact War." She looked at him when he started frowning, wondering what he was thinking about, but not saying anything.
Jack looked like he was about to say something, but was interrupted by Garret saying,"Huh. Never seen a female Vorcha. Or maybe I have and j-just...do-don't...." His talking started faltering before completely failing, after which he was overcome by a violent cough attack. "Uh, are you Ok? This isn't like, going to be a problem on missions r-" Jack was abruptly cut off by being sent not-violently but somewhat forcefully into the wall. "Ach!" He gasped, alarmed at first. But then he got what Garret was doing. "Point taken," He said, realizing that Garret was showing him that he could still fight with his biotics almost perfectly fine while coughing. It took a bit for the coughing to subside, but eventually Garret straightened up.

Veetor snapped his fingers "Yeah, that's the one, mars archive. I hear they have only scratched the surface too." he shrugged slightly to what Oriana said about not having protein ruins "Way more then you would think actually. Asari even had them on their planet. I know Quarians, Krogan, and Vorcha didn't have ruins, but we were all uplifted by others. So in the end it didn't matter."
Gak nodded to Garret, but seemed worried about him but not after his display of biotics, at that he pulled out his shotgun, not realising that it wasn't a sign of aggression. After he realised he was just showing he could still fight, not attacking Gak quickly put away his shotgun. He grinned slightly and said "Biotic display, it impress me." he then answered what he was saying earlier "Vorcha not different in gender like you, our only difference in reproduction. Otherwise we same."

"There must have been like, a Prothean city on Mars or something. Or maybe, like, a Prothean research planet or something," Orinia said. Her weird jaw things twitched slightly,"I don't know much about history or what's where. I just focus on the present and what's around me. Even if the Krogan had them, they would have just blew them up. That, I know," She said, somewhat jokingly.
When Gak pulled out his shotgun, Jack gestured for him to put it away. Garret didn't seem to mind him pulling out the shotgun, if he even noticed it. "Thanks," He said when the biotic display impressed him. "I guess Cerberus can be good for something," He said, not sounding like he believed it. "Interesting. Explains why I've never really seen a 'female' Vorcha."

"Or maybe a university or something." Veetor chimed in, thinking it was probably a research station or something close to that. He nodded slightly to her not knowing history and focusing on the present "I figured something like that. I used to look up history all the time as a kid. I was really shy, so I didn't get out much." he chuckled slightly slightly at what she said about Krogan, and nodded slightly before saying "Unless they had weapons in them maybe. Krogan seem to like Weapons."
Gak nodded slightly to Garret saying that it would explain why he hasn't seen a female Vorcha and Gak added "We switch genders if needed for population density. Male make himself female, or vica versa." he walked along looking over the terminals, and then pressed his omni tool against one, and got the data from it. He smiled slightly, in a Vorcha way, and said "Information say Collector hit cerbarus station, and illusive man buy us back up. Here frequency for former STG salarian, now on omega." he sent Jack the data and finished "It say to send message and Salarian come to ship."

"Thats....kinda strange, I must admit," Garret said. He didn't sound like he thought it was a bad kind of strange or anything, just strange. Jack nodded to Gal when he gave him the info for the Slarian and whatnot. He sent the message, and Garret said,"That reminds me. I recently got a message from an old friend of mine saying they want to join us. They're on Omega, as well. Say the word and I'll send them a message telling them where to come." Jack nodded,"Send them a message. It looks like we're going to get a pretty good team from Omega alone."
A few minutes later, a loud knock came on the airlock door. Garret opened it and smiled. Not that you could tell. Outside stood a Krogan. "Wreaf, it's good to see you," Garret said. Wreaf gave Garret a nod and walked into the ship. "It has been a long time. You've changed," She said. Her voice was higher then most krogan, but also kind of rough. Like Eve's. It may not have been immediatly obvious that she was a female krogan, but most people would probably figure that a male wouldn't sound like that. She nodded her head to Jack and Gak, but didn't say anything to them.
