Xiana didn't really have anything to say in reply to the first part, so she just stayed quiet, though if she'd been able to, she would have smiled. "I couple of my creators does not sum up the whole race," Xiana pointed out. "The only ships that you have been able to see have been a small fighter ship, and me- this ship. I was designed to suite Hawke's needs as a ship for people to live on, but with a strong ability to defend itself if needed. The armor is like that of my creator's best ships, but it is not the equivalent of a Dreadnaught, though close."
"They turned on Luna and Hyperion because of how they were treated," Hawke said,"I will treat them like people, give them equality, and they will have no reason to turn on us. That's why Alan fights, for equality. You don't know what they will say. I know they betrayed you, and I understand why you wouldn't trust them, but understand why they did it before you think of them as monsters. Also, with Xiana's help and whatnot, they will be more able to feel emotions like regret and guilt, and all that. That brings me to another point. Xiana's an AI, and she, nor any of the other AI from her world, have turned against their creators. There are some bad ones, sure, just like there are bad and good organics." He resisted the urge to roll his eyes at the guy. "They were mistreated, tortured, oppressed, and you think YOU deserve revenge? Did you not pay attention to the fact that we lost a freaking ton of our fleet trying to defend Earth, to defend HUMANITY. You may not like earth, but it's still humanity, and we died trying to save them." When the guy started telling them to leave, he again resisted the urge to roll his eyes,"Don't be an idiot. We need to work together. You know you'll die without our help. If we want to win this war, if you truly care about humanity, you won't tell them to leave. If you do leave, you're abandoning not only the other races, but the humanity you supposedly care so much about." He knew that Xiana was blocking his signal, but he didn't say anything about it. "Also, you lost your chance to walk away," He added, pulling out a pair of handcuffs.
"And you do good at not listening to them," Hawke said to Yami with a smile. He frowned when she acted like she wasn't happy about going on the mission. "If I could, Yami, I would let you stay, but I've already messed up Alan's plan enough, and to mess it up any more will risk to many more lives, I'm so sorry." He frowned and looked at the ground, then said,"If you really want to stay, take it up with Alan," with a sigh.

Vittorio listened intently to what Yukiro was saying. He didn't really know what to say to it all, because he wasn't a fan of propaganda, but understood the intentions of it to keep the spirits high and positive. So, in response to it all, he just smiled at her. When she got out of the bed, he looked concerned for a moment, but then at what she said, he just simply smiled, again. When she put her arm around him, he seemed surprised, but ended up just going with her. He tried to not act uncomfortable, which he seemed to get uncomfortable easy. As she explained the drug more, he looked thoughtful, and sighed, hoping she was right and this didn't screw him up too much if he was suddenly needed. After probably asking her where to inject it, he injected himself.

Alan nodded to what Xiana said, finding her logic indisputable, and saying "Indeed, that is a very small sample size, and you would be correct in saying that I can not know what your people would consider impressive. Actually, to tell you the truth, I'm not even sure if your people consider war machines to be impressive. Though maybe you could forward me some designs for your ships, once we have recaptured them, I can order my shipyards to crank them out by the hundred."
The Lunan ignored most everything until Hawke pulled out handcuffs, at which point he let out a yelp, and begged "Hawke, lets not do anything brash. If you want my ships to remain, then I want you to double the payments for my fuel, and not just that, I want you to take it from the Hegemony, I want them to pay me to have all ships fueled. I will not only do that, but I will bring in all remaining fuel tankers and mining ships that I have in the VY system."
Yami smiled at Hawke, and her tail swayed happily, her happy demeanor coming through, and she let out a quick happy "Thanks!" her eyes having a bit more of a glow than usual. She frowned when Hawke said he had already screwed up the plan enough, and asked "Hawke, I know Alan's plans, they must be followed to the letter, or they fail, why would you screw it up? Alan will be mad again, no one likes it when he is mad."
Yukiro smiled when Vittorio finally injected the substance into his arm, gently rubbing his arm afterward "Now there will be a light burning sensation in your blood stream, as your body fights it for a moment. It should overwhelm hit pretty quick." she then lead him into her personal room she had been given. Her room was pretty normal, not being used yet, as she had recently received it in grey market trade with a refuge. She picked up an empty soda can on the floor "You could have at least picked up." she muttered this more to herself than anything. She then placed it on a desk and walked away from it "Focus your mind, and point your hand at it, it is pretty instinctive to me, I'm not sure how to tell someone how to unleash such a power." she pointed her hand at the can and energy rippled through her arm, making her hairs stand on end. The can then flew and hit the wall behind the desk. She set the can up again and said "Now you try Vittorio."

"I do not have access to the designs for our ships," Xiana replied,"And I do not know who does, or if any of them still live. You could perhaps talk to the two of my creator's race that are on this ship right now. I am sure if asked they would give me access to the designs, if they have them. But I do not know if you know make them. Our tech is different then that of this part of the galaxy."
"Money? You're seriously concerned with money right now?" Hawke asked,"If I want your ships to remain....Well, you can't exactly tell them to leave if you're locked in a cell. How about this deal. You tell them to stay and bring the rest of your ships in, and I won't throw you in a cell, and you can see your wife and be with her? What's your wife worth to you? You can either spend time with her, take care of her how you can and maybe keep her alive long enough for us to be able to help her, or be locked in a cell and leave her on her own, it's your choice."
"I screwed it up because he wanted to use Adair as sort of a decoy. I will not let her go on a mission, no matter what. People can deal with him being mad, because I'm not changing my mind. He's on my ship, and so he will have to follow what I say," Hawke said, giving a slight shrug. It was probably pretty damn clear that he was most definitely NOT changing his mind and not letting Adair go on the mission.

Pretty much as soon as Yukiro said there would be a light burning sensation in his blood stream, he felt it. "Yeah, I definitely feel it" He said to her, looking like he felt a little funny or something, before the feeling went away. He let out a sigh of relief when it went away, and continued to follow her to the room. As she spoke, and talked, he for the most part watched her, though he looked around the room a bit too. When she did it herself, he smiled. Other then when he had been attacked by Alma once, he enjoyed watching people using that ability. But when things were being flown at you, it wasn't so fun. Now, trying himself, he put his arm out, pointing his hand directly at the can. Nothing happened. and he gave up for a bit, then tried it again......and it just sorta fell over and rolled off the desk. He let out a chuckle. "That wasn't very impressive" He said in an amused tone.

Alan nodded to Xiana, figuring it would be terribly cost inefficient to try and convert all the major ship systems to present known technology "We will probably just need weapons then, and all the military your people can muster. Hell, I am already making plans to arm our civilian ships, troop transports, tankers, school ships, everything. You don't happen to know how many civilian ships your people have available now do you?" he sounded like he was deep in thought.
The Lunan growled "Very well, I will bring in my ships forthwith, but they will be run exclusively by humans, and the hydrogen will go exclusively to human controlled ships. Hope the robots, bugs, and cats brought their own damn tankers, because they will have some pretty thirsty ships without BPH." he then turned and left, making a call "Bring in the ships from the VY system, sell stock in VY mineral works and purchase in Suriso State Arms."
Yami nodded to Hawke rather solemnly and said "I understand and agree, Adair has been put through enough, she does not need to be a decoy. She deserves to be happy, and I will accept my death if it will keep her safe." Yami frowned and turned on her side "I would like to be alone if you don't mind Hawke." as she said that Yun walked up and slowly whispered in Hawke's ear "There is a council of Neptunian admirals who are about to engage in a frontal attack on Reaper forces over Jupiter. I hope you could help talk them down, or else the war fleets could be heavily damaged."
Yukiro chuckled a little at the can flipping over, and said "Awwww Vittorio, that's almost cute. I think 8 year old Teles can do that." she raised her arms and caused both the couch and table to fly into the air in a display of her power in an effort to make him feel better about his crappy drug induced can knock over. She dropped them suddenly as her computer let out a large chime. She frowned and started a holo communication with a Neptunian admiral quickly avoidpissng her off. The hologram was almost intimidating, even just being a hologram, and her voice was solid and tight "Yukiro, do you have command stars yet? I need more forces for my attack on the Reapers." Yukiro sighed and said "No mom I don't. I'm sorry." her mother waved it off "You are a disgrace to your family name, I commanded a starship by your age. How old are you now 20, 22?" Yukiro frowned more "I'm 17 Mom. My birthday was like a week and a half ago. You didn't remember did you?" her mother shook her head "No, I just didn't care." she then turned her attention to Vittorio "Are you her boyfriend? Do you command forces? Because if not then you are a pathetic loser, if you do, then Yukiro doesn't deserve you."

"My people are currently defending their home planet. Like many of the other races or groups," Xiana replied,"But unlike many of the races or groups, they are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to make sure the Reapers are defeated. They would be willing to let their planet die to stop the reapers, though they would get as many civilians out as possible, first," She said. Her lights seemed to get slightly darker when he mentioned arming all civilian ships. "I do, but I will not tell you. I would hope you would arm them for protection, but I do not have faith that you do not plan to use the civilian ships in war."
Hawke was getting Pissed now. "Not all tankers are as selfish as you are. We have other tankers that you don't control, we can take care of everyone else while you continue to be not only selfish and racist, but stupid. Are you so blind that you really can't see that we have to work together?"
When Yami said that she will accept her death if it will keep Adair safe, he kinda of just looked at the ground, frowning. When she said she wanted to be alone, he said,"Ok..." then looked at Yun as she came over. "Freaking idiots," He said, shaking his head. He was seriously wondering how so many parts of the Sol System had so many dumbass leaders. Even the Venusians were ignorant stupid. "How can I get ahold of their leader?" He asked with a sigh.

Vittorio playfully stuck his tongue out at Yukiro in response, but didn't say anything on the matter. When Yukiro lifted both the couch and the table, he then playfully rolled his eyes. "Show off" He teased her, smiling while he said it. Right now, hanging out with her and joking around, he was loosening up. It felt good to be loosening up right now, with all the stress pounding on him. But then, something seemed to be a problem when Yukiro got a call. It didn't take him long to realize it was her mom...who acted like a total jerk. He clenched his fists tightly when Yukiro's mom said that she was a disgrace to the family just because she didn't have a command star. The fact her mom was totally oblivious to her age almost pissed him off more. It was like her mother didn't give a shit about her in the slightest other then making her a tool, and he hated that. But, to avoid making things any worse, he kept his mouth shut, but he looked pissed and like he was having a hard time avoiding the urge to say something. Then, she turned to him, and spewed out more bullshit. "No, I'm not. I have a girlfriend already. And no I don't. I am a part of a squad though, Hawke's squad to be specific" He told her. Normally he wouldn't brag about his position, but he was wondering if saying that may get her to shut up. He doubted it, but he could be hopeful. "Yukiro doesn't deserve you" He said as one last comment about as bitterly as he possibly could.

Alan nodded to Xiana "Indeed, quite selfless for organics, I will hope it won't go that far, but it likely will. I would sacrifice Suriso and Onrefni to bring peace. I hope that our sacrifices are not in vain." when Xiana's lights lowered Alan glared at her, virtually, and said "If we don't win, then they are all dead anyway, I would throw a thousand fully loaded civilian ships into a meat grinder in exchange for one Reaper capital ship. Look at the battles the Neptunians actually won, it has been thousands of civilian ships supporting a powerful military fleet, we can make that happen. Will we lose an average of 1,000 people per ship? Yes of course, but we avoid extinction, and that matters."
The Lunan just walked away from Hawke's questions, ignoring him entirely.
Yukiro frowned when she noticed Vittorio getting angry and arguing with her mom. The Admiral didn't seem very impressed by Vittorio being part of Hawke's squad, pretty much nothing but commanding forces impressed her though. When he said Yukiro didn't deserve her though, the Admiral looked very pissed. She pointed at Yukiro "Look at the freak for a moment would you? Look at her! She is a pathetic, worthless, murderer. Or did she never tell you..." Yukiro cried out "Please don't, please." sounding guilty and on the brink of tears. The Admiral didn't even seem to hear her "She killed my wife, in childbirth. Everything was going well, or at least it seemed to be, but then it turned out her powers had been used to shread my beautiful wife's internal organs on the way out. The finest doctors in the Neptunian flotilla couldn't save her, and I was livid, I wanted the kid thrown out of the nearest airlock, but I gave her a fate far worse. I sent her to the Hegemony, for them to raise." the Admiral looked mad herself and Yukiro had started gently crying into her had. The Admiral finished by saying "If someone murdered the woman you love, you would hate them too. Good day, both of you." she then disconnected the call.
Yun gestured for Hawke to follow her "I have set up, with help of the two AI, a full comm suite area in the training room. It can alternate between 3D representation of the area with delegates, and a full war planning room." she sighed slightly, shaking her head a little "Though mostly war involves co-ordinating humanitarian aid, and reading casualty reports in the millions." she looked like the war was having a impact on her too, and muttered "Our good intentions may be the tomb stone on the mass grave of 17 billion in Sol alone." she sounded like she was really distressed about Sol being mass murdered, as if you could sound ok about that. She almost wanted to deploy the fleet to Neptune, to try and save everyone there, and knew she could without Hawke. She sighed because she knew it would do more harm then good to save what she considered her home planet. She opened the door to the training room, showing a copy of the war room of the Flagship Yamato. She then gestured for Hawke to enter "You go ahead. I have heard enough of Admiral Yamamoto to last a life time."
Saturn The massive Neptunian Central Fleet slowly broke through the gravity well of the ringed world of the Neptunian Empire. Fighters were launched from carriers, along with any other ships carrying a compliment of the small ships. Leading the charge was the Flagship Yamato, followed directly by Dreadnoughts Hunan, Gangum, Ise, and Pyongyang, the longest range ships in the fleet. Around these central and modern dreadnoughts floated a group of older Dreadnoughts, Heavy Cruisers, Carriers, and mobile Siege Gun Space Stations. Beyond the heavy ships floated the Light Cruisers, Destroyers, Frigates, and Corvettes. Beyond these ships sat the least prepared warships of the fleet, civilian ships who had their people evacuated onto other ships and 'volunteered' to help the offensive.
The bridge of Yamato was a buzz of activity, officers walking back and forth between crewmen, checking every reading the controls said, after all, even the smallest mistake would mean death for the ship against the Reapers. Holographic displays showed the fleet composition to Admiral Yamamoto, who also had an area so she could communicate with any captain at will. She turned to Hawke as his hologram appeared, and gave him a smile "Good day commander, are you here to watch our monument worthy victory against the Reapers and the liberation of hundreds of thousands of our civilians." she looked at her fleet hologram "I control the most powerful fleet in the galaxy commander, and I will kill those Reapers. I will not be known as a coward like my father, I will not have my name known for the largest military disaster in Neptunian history." she seemed rather ego obsessed, or maybe like she was trying to redeem herself. She turned to two other Holograms "Admiral Chan, Admiral Sun, are we ready for attack?" Admiral Sun nodded "Yes, all civilian ships are ready to engage Reaper forces." Admiral Chan seemed more reluctant "Admiral, you know this will mean the deaths of at least everyone we would liberate, plus the destruction of our invaluable cruisers and Dreadnoughts." Admiral Yamamoto shook her head slightly "You have such little faith." right before Hawke could say something an officer cried out "Reapers, orbit over Jupiter. 12 capital ships, 29 Destroyers, and over 50 troop transports Admiral. Advance fighter patrols are requesting permission to engage the troop transports." the Admiral shook her head "Tell them to engage the destroyers. They are priority." Admiral Chang spoke up again "They will stand no chance Admiral! With the troop transports they could down a dozen before being destroyed, each with a million husks on them. We would be lucky if they lose one destroyer." the angry silence finally gave Hawke an opportunity to butt in.

Xiana didn't really seem to have anything to say in response to the first stuff Alan said, but when he said more about sacrificing civilians, her lights got even darker. "But what if we can with without their deaths? We can't sacrifice all that we believe is good or right to win, or what's the point?" Xiana asked, apparently the perfect AI for Hawke. "Is avoiding extinction really all that matters? If we become monsters to avoid extinction, was it really worth it?"
Hawke followed Yun, "Can the training room still be used for training?" He asked. They needed training now more then ever, but they could find somewhere else to train of needed. He put his hand on Yun's shoulder, "You have to stay strong. We're already dead if we give up on hope. We fight for the people still alive," He said softly. He nodded when she said he could go ahead, then headed in.
Hawke was only in contact with Yamamoto for a few seconds and he already felt like facepalming. He kind of just let them talk to start with, trying to be diplomatic about this, not telling her that she was a big idiot or something, no matter how much he felt like saying it. When the angry silence came, he finally spoke up. "Think about this, Admiral. Wouldn't you rather wait, build your army, and make your chances even better? You will have your victory, just not today, if you are willing to stand down and wait until we have a better chance. We need strategy, not just brute force."

Vittorio gave a quick glance at Yukiro, before looking back to the Admiral and just glaring daggers at her. This mom was clearly just an idiotic mother who seemed more interested in making her own daughter a slave then actually caring for her as a mother. Even hearing the story didn't do much to change his opinion on the mother just being a bitch. If anything, he gave Yukiro a sad look, like he felt bad that she had to live with the fact she killed her own mother during child birth. "You aren't doing anything to prove to me that she is these things you say your own daughter is. To me, you are just making yourself sound like a terrible mother who blames a baby, a freaking baby for something she couldn't help but be born with causing a terrible accident. And still, THIS many years later, despising her for it" He said to her, looking at her with distaste. At the last bit, he looked sad for a moment, thinking about what she said. Yeah, he would probably be pretty upset if someone murdered Jodelle. But if it was during child birth? No, he wouldn't despise his son or daughter forever because he or she killed Jodelle in child birth, or if it was by a tragic accident. He may be mad, but not for 16 freaking years and throwing the blame at the child for something he or she couldn't help. The whole thought of discussing child birth and Jodelle in the same thought process made him twitch. To the Admiral, he was tempted to flip her off, but instead sarcastically said "Bye", and then turned to Yukiro and pulled her into a tight hug. "It's not your fault. Don't let your mother blame you for a tragic accident that couldn't be helped, and don't blame yourself for what happened" He said to her, trying to say it in the best way to make her feel better. "Things happen, and I'm sorry you've had to go through everything you've been through just because of your mother is the way she is" He said to her, rubbing her back, and just continuing to hug her to comfort her. If she wanted him to, that is. If she pushed him away, that was obviously a different story.

GPF Mothership Alan shook his head slightly at Xiana "The point is that there will be someone left, to hate us for what we did. Our values is the good of the many right? Well, that doesn't work anymore, many will simply not survive this war. It will be the survival of the few at the expense of the many. If we don't stop the Reapers, then.it is likely no one ever will, we have a more powerful fleet then the one from the recording I found, from dozens of cycles ago. We have a massive military force, Hell, our entire culture is based on warfare, if we can't survive then no one can." he sighed slightly after his speech and shook his head saying "Maybe I am.just more willing to sacrifice then you are."
Yun shook her head slightly "No, I'm sorry Hawke, it has been fully hooked up to the comm systems, however the Kauhu has massive army sized training rooms that Alan said we could use. He has been quite generous with supplies and equipment for the fleet." she frowned and nodded to Hawke "I know sir, its just. The video feeds and news reports from fox are disheartening to say the least."
Yukiro turned toward Vittorio's chest and cried onto it, feeling exposed, guilty, and very vulnerable. Her feelings weren't exactly hidden as she nodded "I know, I just wish I had never been born. My mom, well, my biological one, not the admiral, she was so nice." she broke down in tears again as she said "She left me holographic tapes because she was so excited to be a mom she didn't want to wait to give me advice." she pulled away from VIttorio, not that she didn't like his comfort, she just didn't want to seem weak and pitiful. She walked toward her TV "I play them sometimes when I'm sad, they usually make me cry, but, just hearing her soft voice is so nice." she wiped her eyes again and then sighed and shook her head slightly "You should go look after Jodelle, I'm not your problem, nor your responsibility." she sounded like she wanted him to stay, because she was emotionally hurt, but at the same time wanted him to be a good boyfriend to his girlfriend.
Alan walked along the halls again, looking over various areas of the ship, finding himself a little tired of debating war strategies, and what not. He eventually found what he was looking for, which was Adair's room, he then knocked rather lightly, because if she was asleep or something he didn't really want to disturb her. He always had wondered what it was like to dream, to set aside cognitive recognition in exchange for happiness. He shook his head slightly, he had come here for one reason, and it was why he carried Hegemony heavy body armour fit to Adair's size in one hand, along with weapons.
Neptune Admiral Yamamoto waved off Hawke's offer, almost chuckling. Just watching the forward holographic display as they passed Titan, the surface glowing as its oceans of fuel burned from orbital bombardment. The civilian Admiral sat back and looked at Hawke via hologram and asked "Say commander, couldn't you send your ships to u-" his eyes snapped yo something beyond the display and started shouting at his crew "Oh gods, all guns, full barrage, get the fleet to turn." the other two admirals looked at him as he raised his arm in front of his face, as to protect himself moments before the hologram cut out. Admiral Yamamoto snapped to the captain of the Yamato as he shouted to her "Enemy ships, robots, Hegemony classes." he locked eyes with her and shouted. "Its a trap!" the both of them stumbled and fell as the Yamato was hit mid broadside with a shot from a Hegemony dreadnought, ripping deep into the hull. The comm officer shouted out "Admiral, you have received a promotion, Fleet Admiral Hirohito was killed 5 minutes ago on the Tokyo. The Admiral frowned slightly and asked to the air "I'm Fleet Admiral of Neptune?" in awe at her promotion. Her ship rocked again as the comm officer cried out "Orders madam, please, your orders." the Admiral frowned as she watched her ships being destroyed by Hegemony ships. She then growled and said "All ships in all fleets, commence FTL jump. We are leaving Sol." the crew nodded and went about their duties. She then frowned to Hawke and practically growled out "Our fleets are yours."
Hegemony Capital Station Colony Omega and two of his robot guards smashed through the two cat person husks guarding the door, and stormed onto the bridge "You had no right!" he yelled at Alanna "Those ships are under my command, you can't just attack Neptune with them. I love killing organic, but this is too far, we will anger the GPF!" Alanna didn't even look up from her work with splicing cables saying "They are of no relevance." Omega shook his head violently "They are of great relevance, they could turn their attention at...Us..." his speech slowed and stopped as she turned around, showing grotesque Reaper modifications to her robotic body. Omega slowly backed up and Alanna raised her hand, firing a blast of energy into one of Omega's guards. He gasped and knelt next to them, looking over the damage and practically gasping out "You killed her, really killed her. Eternal deactivation. She was an elder of our species, you have no right!" Alanna calmly destroyed the other guard and responded "They are of no relevance, we will serve the Reapers. Have your troops report for upgrading at once Omega." Omega bowed slightly and angrily said "By your command." then turned to relay her orders to his troops. Not to save his own skin, but for the sake of his troops.

"Did you miss the whole part I said about what's the point in living if we sacrifice our 'humanity' in the process?" Xiana said. "You know nothing about what will happen in the future," She said, sounding like she thought he was kinda stupid for saying that. "The other cycle could have said the very same thing. And there could be a galaxy-wide military in the future, all as one." She was quiet for a bit when he said maybe he was more willing to sacrifice then her, then she said,"Maybe you're just less 'human'." Basically she was saying he was more cold-hearted and less good.
"Ugh, Kauhu," Hawke replied, not sounding particularly happy about having to train on the Kauhu. At what she said next, he looked at her and raised an eyebrow,"Why are you watching Fox News?" He asked, sounding like he thought she was weird for being disheartened by anything those BSers would say.
When Alan headed to Adair's room with the weapons and armor, Xiana's lights flashed slightly. "What exactly are you doing?" Xiana asked him, then she said only in Adair's room,"Do not answer the door right now, I need to talk to Alan," Quietly, but loud enough for Adair to hear if she was awake enough. Then, Alan heard what sounded like the click of a lock on the door. "Until you convince me you are not doing something stupid or going against what Hawke told you, I will not let you in the room. So I suggest you get explaining."
Hawke was currently resisting the urge to facepalm at the admiral. At that point he kinda gave up the diplomatic rout. "You're wasting people we need to win this war. You're practically throwing them away, can't you see that? If you want victory, you will retreat." When the civilian admiral sounded like he was about to ask him to send in his ships, he kinda of just gave the admiral a 'are you an idiot' kinda of look. After that, things seemed to go to hell and he wasn't entirely sure what exactly happened. He was, however, relieved that the admiral seemed to have gained some brains. "Good," He said,"Just don't jump directly to us, the Reapers can track you," He said, in case they didn't already know that. He wasn't entirely sure that she was the best person to be fleet admiral, in fact, he was pretty sure she was probably the least likely person he would want to be admiral, but he kept that to himself.

Vittorio just hugged Yukiro and frowned while she was upset, letting her say what she wanted to say. "Don't say that, Yukiro" He said in response to her saying she wished she was never born, though he honestly couldn't think of anything else to say on the matter, and he felt like hitting himself for it. It didn't help he didn't know her well enough to find a way to comfort her completely properly. He frowned even more when she talked about her mom leaving her holographic tapes. He wondered if part of her reasoning for doing that was in case she did die.....He decided he'd rather not think about that. At what she said a bit later, he said, "She's asleep, don't worry about it", and walked over towards the TV and sat down on the couch, pretty much showing her that he would stay, even if it was just to make her feel better.
Adair Adair heard the knock, even though it was light. Even though she was definitely asleep, there was no question about it, her sleep was rather light at the moment. She really needed the sleep, but she was, at least, currently being a light sleeper, even with the sleeping pills she took and her just being rather worn out and exhausted anyway. So when she heard the knock, she sat up and let out an "Mmmm", rubbing her eyes, then hearing what Xiana said. That suddenly worried her, because she worried easily, and she said a quiet "Okay", pulling her covers tighter over her as if they would protect her from the cruelty of the world.

"They are one of 3 channels still broadcasting news, I have made it a point to watch all three. The Hegemony has be far the most cheerful news out of anyone." Yun said frowning and then asked "With your permission commander, I would like to bring Fox news offline, Alan offered his marines to make this GPF denyable. No one will ever know it was us, and I'm sure it would help people keep their spirits up better."
Alan shook his head at Xiana, finding her concern understandable but in this case clearly not needed. He put on a smile, the same type he had when he talked to people he actually had to convince, like Humans or Haikala. He then cheerfully said "Xiana, I come with only kind intentions I assure you. These are for Adair's defence, given the current war I am afraid of Adair having to get in an escape pod or something. If she lands on a planet she needs to know how to defend herself, predict the results currently if she gets attacked by a group of husks. I have Xiana, and they are not pretty predictions." he wasn't sure if Adair could hear them bickering but added anyway "This has nothing to do with her and Yami and the station Colony. I won't leave the ship either, so you can keep an eye on me, I just plan to show Adair some basic gun handling tips and give her armour." he then shrugged slightly and quickly added "Even just let me give her the armour, there is nothing wrong with Armour."
Yukiro smiled slightly as Vittorio sat next to her, and slowly put her head against his chest, worried about everything right now, having lowered self esteem from the Admiral's insults, and feeling a longing to know her dead mother. She frowned slightly as she remembered some of the various moments of her telekenetic training for the Hegemony, the injections, but at the same time the happier moments, like when she had first kissed the girl in her class, a Haikala girl, but there had been the oddest static discharge because of their powers and the small opposing energies. She remembered when she had fought space pirates on Suriso, throwing one in front of a laser blast ment for a kid. She curled up against Vittorio, and her breathing slowly became a normal pattern as she fell asleep on him, drool sliding out of the corner of her mouth and onto his uniform.
Training Room The Admiral scoffed "It hasn't been that long sense war collage Hawke." but the hologram fizzled out as her ship routed power away from communication to the FTL drive. The Neptunian signal was then stolen by the nearby Hegemony ships that had been attacking them. There was a young robot displayed on the bridge of his ship, though it almost seemed unintentional as the crew slowly moved around, and a hologram of Hawke wasn't displayed. Robots milled around the controls, but a powerful looking cat person husk stood behind the captain with a powerful looking assault rifle. The captain called out "Let the Neptunians go, we d- arg!" he cried out in pain as he gripped a small electrical implant on his arm. The husk then said "All batteries fire." the Captain looked at the husk "They are only civilia-ahh! Fire, all batteries fire!" he slumped in his chair as the torture stopped, it appeared the Hegemony had kept their ships in name only. The captain noticed his that his comm systems were online and mouthed the words 'help us commander' before cutting the communication systems so the Reapers couldn't track the signal.
